La ubicación es buena y en terminos generales estaba limpio pero lamentablemente no tengo muchas más cosas buenas que mencionar! Llegamos el sábado a las 7am e inmediantamente avisamos que la ventana estaba rota (no cerraba bien) y no fueron capaces de solucionar el problema luego de 4 noches. Lo peor fue la actitud de los administradores que en vez de pedir disculpas o intentar solucionar el problema, solo estaban interesados en el mal review. Creo que hay muchos otros lugares limpios y con buena ubicación que además cuentan con una mejor atención al cliente! Si lo que buscan es pasar unos días relajados confiando en que los van a ayudar en caso de cualquier problema, hágase un favor y busque otro lugar! Probablemente si no hubiésemos tenido ese problema mi opinión seria otra, pero el riesgo es muy alto..

Consiglio vivamente Madrid bellissima molto appariscente palazzi parchi musei teatri poi ci si è messo anche il bel tempo a gennaio +18 mi sono abbronzato in Plaza Mayor. palazzi illuminati di sera con colori bellissimi

La noche anterior a nuestra llegada a Madrid nos obligan a cancelar sin darnos otras opciones y a pagar las tasas de cancelación sin pedirnos ni siquiera una disculpa. Cuidado, NO RESERVÉIS EN ESTE APARTAMENTO.
