在機場與酒店聯繫後，要等將近一個小時的shuttle bus.房間比較乾淨，但是牙刷牙膏和拖鞋什麼都沒有，很不方便。早餐也沒有什麼挑選的餘地，而且每天都一個樣。
儘管地鐵站El Capricho距酒店200米左右，但單程到市中心也需要30分鐘.
總體來看就是一家十分普通的酒店，類似上海浦東機場附近鄉村的農家招待所，但價格實在太高，不合算！
Na contact te hebben opgenomen met het hotel op de luchthaven, moeten we bijna een uur wachten op de shuttlebus.De kamer is relatief schoon, maar er is geen tandenborstel, tandpasta en slippers, wat erg onhandig is. Het ontbijt is er niet veel keuze, en elke dag is hetzelfde.
Hoewel het metrostation El Capricho op ongeveer 200 meter afstand ligt, duurt het 30 minuten om een enkele reis naar het stadscentrum te komen.
Over het algemeen is het een heel gewoon hotel, vergelijkbaar met de boerderij op het platteland in de buurt van Shanghai Pudong Airport, maar de prijs is te hoog en niet kosteneffectief!

5 min walking distance from El Capricho metro station. Can go to city center in 30 or 40 min. Free shuttle runs to airport. Breakfast is OK. PC and printer is available at the lobby. No drinking water is offered but buy at store in front of hotel. Medium size mart is located in 600 meter. Mostly recommended for staying one or two days before departure.

在馬德里轉機，所以預訂的機場周邊的酒店，本想湊合一晚，沒想到超預期了。距離機場非常近，10分鐘左右車程吧，酒店乾淨，前台英語很好很熱情，可以預訂第二天的機場免費巴士。早餐種類還不錯，因為疫情，不是自取，服務人員幫你拿，非常耐心。

Very good hotel with super friendly reception staff. Room was clean and well organised. There was a mini bar in the fridge but I would have liked a kettle. There is a restaurant on site but we did not use it. There is a free airport shuttle which we used to return to the airport. However we arrived at 10am and were told the shuttle was not available until 12:00 so we had to get a taxi which cost 25€.

Made the mistake of booking this hotel for the second time after having forgotten about staying here a couple years ago. The hotel itself is fine but the shuttle service to the airport is atrocious. Got immediate PTSD when I remembered (upon arriving to the hotel bus stop). Took about 1.5 hours for the shuttle to show up for pickup at the airport (is advertised as a maximum of 45 mins). Then the line for the 2 check-in desks was unsurprisingly extremely long after a packed shuttle dropped off everyone at once. Bill Heinecke and Minor should be ashamed.

There is Shuttle to the airport, but mainly 1hour between,near the airport,15minutes roughly.
The reception is good and kind.
Just the room not voice keep ,i heard the neighbors phone and talk clearly😅

Free shuttle bus to and from the hotel, just a 10mins drive. Decent size super market and few restaurants within 5 mins walk.
