Great apartment in convenient and well served location. Clean and modern apartment. Really enjoyed the apartment for 4 persons with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and nice terrace.

The pictures show the real thing. Our apartment was at the last floor and had a beautiful patio that brings much light and space. We were a family of 4 and our 2 teenagers liked it very much. The location is great. Has the metro right around the corner. Has cute outside sitting cafes along the street. Has a Dia market close by which makes it very convenient. Cristina was always a "WhatsApp" away so you never feel along. I do recommend it.

Excelente opción en Madrid, buena ubicación muy cerca del metro, restaurantes, tabernas, supermercados y farmacias a sólo pasos, gran Vía a unos 30 min caminando y a sólo 4 paradas del metro. Los aptos. Con todo lo necesario para cocinar, buen tamaño y buen baño, excelente terrazza y lo mejor la atención de Paloma... sin duda repetiré este hospedaje a mi vuelta por Madrid. Recomendado 1000% excelentísima relación costo-valor.

El apartamento se encuentra bien ubicado, a 50 metros de Plaza España, en una calle con bares y supermercados (Dia y Carrefour a 70 y 100 metros aproximadamente). Equipado con todo lo necesario: vajilla, lava/secadora de ropa y lavavajillas); amueblado con muebles modernos y en buen estado. Estuvimos en un piso superior (3ro.), silencioso por trat**** de un edificio antiguo (reciclado) y con doble vidriado hermético en sus aberturas. Las señoritas con las que se mantiene contacto son muy amables y cordiales. Destaco la atención de Sabrina. Se debe considerar que, debido a que no tiene recepción personal física ni sitio para dejar las maletas hasta tanto se entregue el apartamento, si se llega temprano a la ciudad (como nos sucedió a nosotros: 4AM), se deben dejar las maletas en alguna empresa de lockers, con el costo y la incomodidad que ello conlleva, más si se cuenta con maletas grandes.

Reservamos el apartamento para dos noches y todo fue perfecto. Muy bien situado, al lado de plaza España, en una calle muy tranquila y con diferentes restaurantes. El chek in fue muy sencillo, siguiendo las instrucciones que nos enviaron y el apartamento muy bien arreglado, como nuevo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días como en casa.

Muy bonito el lugar y no tuvimos ningún problema, solo tomen en cuenta que la salida a la terraza es de como 1.60 y hay que agach**** un poco.
