這酒店沒得説了，購物方便，設施齊全，很乾凈，就是這個床不一定是大床，有可能是兩個單床

優點：如果以購物為目的 酒店位置非常優越，水很大，洗澡洗頭非常舒適
其他方面真的乏善可陳，早餐就不説了，反正國外早餐就那樣，但竟然放爛蘋果，視力不好的我以為是柿子，爛的地方被我看成了柿子蒂頭。床軟，習慣睡硬一點床的會不是很習慣。換下來的睡衣竟然扔在行李箱上，用來吃過提拉米蘇的勺子放這兩天沒換。畢竟聖誕節期間房價是兩三千一晚，還是有點對不起這個價格了。哦，冰箱裏取了兩瓶水，跟每日送的水一樣一樣的，以為是送的，喝了，checkout時收費2.5一瓶，畢竟連住了四個晚上

I've stayed at the Casona before back in 2018 and had an excellent stay. The main issue this time was the location of my room. It was literally 10m from the front check in desk - so i was woken up around 7am with the noise from the lobby.
I'd challenge you to find a room closer to the lobby in any hotel. There are two rooms on the right as you enter - i would strongely recommend that you ask to be moved if given one of these. The room itself was of a good standard - a nice big bed with an excellent power shower.
Breakfast was rather disappointing with a limited selection.

This hotel has become our usual hotel in Madrid. We love the breakfasts, location, rooms, and feel of the place. Very friendly staff, too!

Excellent location in a beautiful part of the city. Quiet and many restaurants nearby. Nice and well outfitted room. Downsides were room features that were not functioning and were not fixed, along with concierge staff who were not able to make citywide recommendations.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Madrid but on a quiet corner, within walking distance to anywhere. Amazing service and nicely appointed rooms. My favourite Madrid hotel.
