Girlfriend doing this review…Issues began at check in. Did normal checkin procedure & my boyfriend used his card for incidentals. Something happened w/ the computer & we had to do it more than once. Took them longer to make sure his card wasn’t charged twice. Then, my boyfriend asked could he extend the stay until the next day. They explained, since we booked through *******, we would have to make a second reservation, but could keep the same room. No problem. I called the next day to be sure before I booked another reservation bc it’s nonrefundable. The guest rep confirmed & said to make the reservation & just come down & have the key reset. I did that before checkout time. The gentleman at guest services informed me that he saw there were two reservations for me for the same day & didn’t know why. I explained they told me I needed to make another one for the second day, so idk why there were two. He said he would look into it, but he reset my key. Hours go by & my boyfriend took me out somewhere & goes back & goes to the bar to get food…he tells them to charge it to the room & they claim no one is in that room. He explains what all I did to the staff & they keep having to look into it. They then say they need to do everything all over..needing my ID & I’m not even there anymore. I sent my bf the confirmation info from the reservation. We basically just had issues with them from the beginning & the staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable on what was going on.
