Sometimes attention to little things,easily done, turn a guest in a more positive state of mind. There are some things a hotel cannot change without a huge financial investment. Other things, like the general attitude of the staff, are easily changed and cost absolutely nothing to implement. The staff at this Baymont desperately needs a reorientation toward guests who actually create their (the staff's) jobs. Unfriendly. Unwelcoming. The breakfast was a 2.5 out of 5 and it would not have been that costly to provide a better guest experience. The pool area is in need of general appearance maintenance, but the hot tub was quite comfortable.The room was clean. The bathroom was presentable and we are always glad for a larger sink area (preferably outside the toilet and shower facilities).
