The house has two queen sized bedrooms, one with an ensuite, two bedrooms with single beds, a separate bathroom with bath/shower, kids area with flat screen TV, table tennis table, large living area with TV/DVD, fully self contained kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine plus several pods) and outdoor entertaining area with BBQ.
Birdlife is abundant along with frequent visits from wallabies and kangaroos, especially in summer time. On farm walks has great views across land to sea. Enjoy the native vegetation areas and the historical farm machinery site.
Only a 15 minute drive to main township of Kingscote for all your holiday shopping needs including arts and craft. Adjacent to the Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery & 6 km to Clifford＇s Honey Farm where delicious honey icecream awaits.
