The staff and accommodations are amazing! The bartender who’s name is Junior was exceptional. His service was second to none. If you are looking for a perfect getaway that is not surrounded by Tourist stay here. I really wish I could stay longer.

HOTEL BEM NOVO, QUARTO COM CAMA EXCELENTE E ROUPAS DE CAMA DE PRIMEIRA E NOVA. BANHEIRO POUCO PEQUENO.
CULINARIA MUITO BOA, EXCELENTE ATENDIMENTO. DE FRENTE PARA PRAIA (BOA PARA BANHO QUANDO A MARE ESTA BAIXA E AO LADO DO HOTEL) FICA MUITO PROXIMO DE MACEIO (5 MIN SHOPPING NOVO) E 10 MINUTOS DA ORLA.
RECOMENDO PARA CASAIS....

Excelente lugar para quem procura paz e tranquilidade, ótimo serviço, funcionários atenciosos. Fica distante das principais praias, mas eles contam com serviços de apoio, desde o aeroporto e para turismo às principais praias, mas vale a pena a experiência.

Pousada MARAVILHOSA! Fiquei na Suíte com Cama King-size, Vista do Mar e Varanda - muitoooo confortável. Ótimo café da manhã e petiscos do restaurante, piscina e hidromassagem aquecidas, atendimento impecável. Na maré baixa, tem locais pra tomar banho. Super recomendo e voltarei com certeza!

Simplesmente perfeita a estada no Flor de Lis! Desde o pré check-in até o check-out vivemis momentos deliciosos nesse hotel. Os funcionários são extremamente bem treinados e atenciosos, destacando especialmente a atenção e presteza da Polliana, que nos recebeu com tanto carinho, obrigada! Continuando, o enxovel da Trussardi nas suites, as amenities da Loccitane au Bresil proporcionam uma sensação de bem estar que perdurou durante toda a nossa estada. Ainda, a decoração em perfeita comunhão com o mar que fica na porta do hotel, combinando com a culinária típica e bem elaborada do lugar fazem com que o hóspede se apaixone e curta cada momento do tempo ali desfrutado. Recomendo demais essa experiência, até breve.

Un petit paradis avec des prestations digne d’un grand hôtel. Accueil personnalisé et chaleureux. Un emplacement avec vue mer. Le matin , vue sur le lever de soleil incroyable. Un service à la piscine impeccable avec une playlist géniale pour les amateurs de MPB.un petit déjeuner succulent comme le reste des plats servis au restaurant. On adore et on reviendra ! Une référence pour Maceio.

O serviço e a comida do hotel são excelentes. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos. A localização é fora de Maceió (uns 20 minutos dos principais restaurantes da cidade). O ideal é estar de carro para se hospedar nele. O ponto ruim foi a localização do nosso quarto. A porta fica na recepção. Então o barulho atrapalha.

O hotel super novo . Excelente projeto arquitetônico , acabamentos de bom gosto e linda decoração . Destaque para o projeto de iluminação. Se o quarto tem um bom tamanho o banheiro é inexplicavelmente pequeno ( levei até um susto quando cheguei) Bom café da manhã e atencioso serviço

Eu não voltarei. Localização ruim. A pousada fica em uma rua estreita e sem iluminação, não dá para andar a pé na região. A praia não pode ser usada. Na chegada já fomos informados que não eh para entrar no mar devido as algas, mariscos e pedras (estão certos eh perigoso) e, caso fôssemos andar na praia, para sair sem nenhum objeto de valor. A infra estrutura eh boa e os garçons muito gentis mas a cozinha eh fraca. 50 reais um carpaccio com 6 fatias transparentes e 100 reais um prato com 4 camarões pequenos e sem sabor. Café da manhã com atendimento a lá carte mas demorado. Um tipo de bolo sem escolha. Arrumação dos quartos até as 16:00 hrs…. Apesar de termos saído do quarto as 08:30 e termos pedido duas vezes o serviço de camareira na recepção… Pela praia, local, café da manhã, opções de cozinha e serviço de quarto, o custo benefício não vale a pena.
