Highly recommendable the 2nd flr room. Room 209. Aside from very near the elevator, the room is spacious! The Filipina room attendant is also very helpful and her customer service is outstanding! We will surely book again on our next trip.

The whole hotel was filled with smoking smell. It was disgusting. Eventhough it was a non-smoking room, rest assured that there has been someone smoking in it before and no one even cares. They mentioned a penalty of MOP1500 for people smoking in the hotel compound but I see no actions taken. No enforcement. Never go there unless you're ok with smoke

This quaint hotel surprised our expectations. It may not be a luxury hotel like the ones familiar all over Macau, but the service, dedication and congenial vibe given by its staff is truly impeccable! I would definitely come back and put my guests here again and again. Not to forget the convenience and close proximity it is to various heritage spots in the peninsula makes it worth it too! Keep up the good work and see you next time! Kudos!

The hotel is clean and room is big . All is good except that elevator is small and staff can't speak English that much .

The room is clean also the shower but it’s noisy while we are sleeping. Looks like connected to the heater or some machine.
Please provide also a teaspoon.Also I book a room with window but all I can see is the wall.
