Every single detail exceeded expectations: • Thoughtful Recognition & Ambiance: The hotel went above and beyond by upgrading my room to celebrate my birthday and thoughtfully decorating the space to make the occasion feel truly special. • Warm and Exemplary Service: Every staff member I encountered was consistently kind, warm, and proactive, delivering a masterclass in luxury service. • Cultural and Linguistic Respect: Most importantly, the staff made the effort to greet and communicate with me in my native language, Cantonese. It was a refreshing and respectful experience, standing in stark contrast to other properties like Andaz, which lazy-assumed Mandarin for anyone with a Chinese face. • Prime & Peaceful Location: Situated right next to major casino resorts like The Londoner and The Parisian, it is easily accessible via convenient footbridges. Yet, it maintains a serene atmosphere, keeping you away from the overwhelming crowds and unwanted chaotic foot traffic of the main casino floors. • Immaculate Accommodations: The room itself was spacious, impeccably neat, and dripping with understated elegance. This was a wonderful stay in every sense of the word, and I will certainly be returning.

OMG, i am on cloud nine! If you want to feel like a celebrity, stay here . I arrived for my birthday and was met  with the most amazing surprise-so many gorgeous gifts waiting in my room! And just when I thought it couldn’t get better , they rolled out a free birthday cake that was absolutely delicious. I was not expecting any of this, Thank you so much for spoiling me rotten. Best birthday ever!!”

Everyone in the staff was very helpful. They were very attentive to our needs and very accommodating to the changes we requested.

Excellent service and room. Location close by all major casinos and shopping opportunities. Pool is amazing and truly relaxing.

Four Seasons Macao has been a favourite escape for my husband and I for many years. We have not been back in awhile as life got a bit hectic for us. We finally found some time to visit this wonderful property with several colleagues. Total we booked four rooms for a fun and relaxing Friday weekend. We got in touch with the hotel regarding some arrangements as I had to make sure they could make accommodations for breast milk storage. Which they did, during the stay they helped retrieve and store everything in their freezer. So breast feeding mamas can come without worrying. We had a fantastic experience. As usual we enjoyed the food, and especially the sauna/spa and the wonderful pool (one of the best in Macau). The best part of the entire experience however was the service. Especially from Victoria Pang, the Associate Director of Rooms. We've come to know Victoria through all our visits over the years and what a pleasure it has been. Whenever she receives us at reception it's always with a smile and amazing service. She is also extremely thoughtful and friendly she prepared welcome basket of snacks and a welcome gift kit as she heard about our new baby that just arrived. I absolutely recommend anyone or stay here and if you get a chance to run into Victoria during your stay even better! Christina L.

I chose the Four Seasons Hotel Macao to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly beyond perfect in every way. Having celebrated both my wedding anniversary and now my birthday here, this hotel has become a special place where my most cherished memories are made. I especially want to highlight the exceptional service provided by Jessi (I hope I got the name right!). Her hospitality was flawless from start to finish and deeply moved me. It is rare to encounter such genuine care and professionalism. I’ve decided that for all my future milestones and special occasions, Four Seasons Macao will be my only choice. It is, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever experienced.
