Conrad Macao

Echt heel frustrerend.

Clean and comfortable room with large space. Upgrade our bed to bigger one became of my husband's birthday. Love the friendly services. The breakfast was wonderful too.

Terrific, location is gtear and convenient, lot of shops, the night view of Tower Eiffel is sptecular and magnificent

Conrad Macao has been our favourite hotel in the past years. We love the location, mall below and particularly the room - sufficient surfaces and storage space. However, this time, we could really see the wear and tear. Also, the cleanliness level has dropped. One of the sockets also did not work.

Front desk reception is very helpful for fulfilling checking in higher floor, non smoking and far away from escalators room though still need to wait till 4 pm to revisit the front desk (to get the room number etc). They indicated they would send by message through my mobile phone number instead around 3:30pm! Overall comment of room is good while missing a healthy scale in bathroom!

Upgrades for a suite which has seperate bedroom and huge bath room. The housekeeping is great the reception staff was very helpful for orientation. The only thing is it does not have power ports compatible to AU or most Asian plugs. Most power ports in the rooms are something called type g?

Nice & convenient location, with shopping at stone throw.. good & nice hotel staffs to assist with big family, especially with many luggage & elderly.
