因為住習慣了，喜歡它的酒店味道。熟悉的感覺。而且去老街八佰伴很是方便，附近吃飯購物便捷。酒店服務也很好，有一次還給我們升級了豪華套房。讚的不得了。可惜大魚缸沒有了。。。

第一次來澳門，選擇了MGM，果然很棒，還給升級到海景房。娛樂酒店的規模和豪華真是國內酒店不能比的，嘗試了盛事、南苑兩家餐廳，都非常不錯，盛事的葡撻非常棒，強烈推薦，比網紅一點都不差，重點是不用排長隊；酒店樓下是一號商場，可以各種買買買，會員卡都有打折和積分。酒店有免費**車去碼頭、凼仔、關口，還有港澳快線經粵港澳大橋去香港，非常方便。相比倫敦人、永利那種傳統奢華，個人比較喜歡MGM的現代設計感。這次把本島玩了個遍，下次打算嘗試下凼仔的美獅。

房間設施，床舖等都整齊清潔，酒店附近有很多食肆，交通亦很方便。現在沒有很多遊客入住，所以酒店環境比以前寧靜。整體是一次舒適的體驗，值得推薦，下次可再來。

總共住了2晚，來説説入住體驗
優點：
1）辦理入住的服務生（有個小哥哥，帶着牙套，普通話不錯的那個），很感謝他得知我女兒想要看海的房間，立馬説安排，妹妹非常開心。
2）會了解住店客户走的那天安排，知道我們晚上走，給予延遲退房。
缺點
1）房間有異味，告知前台後，幫我房間用凈化器處理了一下，但是第二天這個味道又來了，估計是新風系統不太好吧。
2）關於送的水果，看見攜程別人送的都挺高大上的，自己的很一般，電話詢問一下我們是否也可以要他們那種，接線員説是根據人來的，如果你想要好的可以找他們買，聽着有點不爽，區別對待嗎？以什麼方式區別對待呢，地方，性別，還是房間類別（我看點評很多跟我一樣的房型，如果人家定的比我房間好，那我無話可説，可是大家都一樣的，那他們的怎麼根據人來確定的？）原本吧隨便給我一個理由比如這好水果送完了，或者其他的都可以，偏偏用這個來説，就讓人很不爽，關於這個問題，我找到了前台經理，經理説抱歉，確實這樣説法不對，説給我補送一份高級的水果，結果就是送香蕉，橘子。。。。。。我又找到了前台，他們説瞭解一下，反正沒有給我反饋。
3）晚上房間很安靜的時候有外機空調聲，一晚上嗡嗡嗡的，睡眠質量好的OK的，睡眠質量差的就有點難受了，前台得知後説確實在我這個樓層有空調外機的，説可以給我換房，但是我實在不想動，所以沒有換房。
總的來説，前台的態度還是很好的，感覺“有求必應”，但是最終處理結果很敷衍，大堂經理説的很好聽，我們會處理的，然後就沒有然後了。。。。或許他們的終極客户不是我們這種純旅遊的，而是去娛樂的那些客人，因為他們不在乎房間的其他設施，服務。
