St Regis located in the Londoner Macau, the location is very strategic and check in was very smooth. The hotel gives welcome drink and snack during check in which is very nice (since other hotels in Macau need to queue when check in). Would totally recommend St Regis to everyone going to Macau. Also, down the lobby the Londoner ****** it's just a step away ;)

Very luxurious hotel. Felt warmly welcomed by bellboy Bosco and front desk Diana Zhang. Our baby also got a plush bear as welcome gift from Diana. They really know how to go the extra mile to make you smile. Plush beds, large room. The butler service was awesome, we had drinks and cookies brought to our room for a night snack. Highly recommended, would love to go back again! ☺️

The services and amenities provided by St. Regis are exceptional, demonstrating their genuine commitment to enhancing the overall guest experience. The attention to detail in the rooms consistently exceeds my expectations, ensuring that I am never disappointed. The luxurious ambiance creates an indulgent atmosphere, while still providing a sense of warmth and comfort. It would be better if St. Regis offers a small souvenir (a bear or postcard, etc.) as well, thereby letting us to record the moment to stay in there.

I really love and enjoy my stay here. All staff was so friendly and helpful, not to forget their wonderful butler service. Location is also great, you can spend your entire day just inside the shopping area and visit other hotel all by foot. I will definitely return when I visit Macau again.
