O primeiro quarto reservado estava sem água quente e demorou um pouco para darem a solução. Trocaram o quarto após eu insistir

Was here for 3 .5 nights due to flight delay. Room cost with comfortable queen size bed. Very clean linen and bathroom Located within close proximity of a variety of shops and restaurants and directly linked to the hotel Reception staff exceptionally professional and efficient

We arrived Friday night. From the day we arrived has been fantastic. Animation team are so friendly and get you involved in everything. This hotel has been one off our favourites. Shows at night are good and games after. Rooms are huge and very clean. Pools are lovely and clean. Only few minutes taxi into town if you want a change. All staff at hotel can’t do enough for you.

Está tudo tão perfeito que não tenho nada para acrescentar ou tirar a hospitalidade tanto da recepção quanto as moças que trabalha no restaurante são top principalmente Tainá com seu sorrisos não que as outras não sorria mas foi tudo muito bom

Já conhecia a rede Ramada e me hospedei em Recife onde gostei muito. Esse hotel tem estacionamento gratuito, excelente café da manhã, atendimento bom (especialmente o do funcionário Bruno, que me ajudou e sintonizou a Globo para eu ver os desfiles), quarto espaçoso, boa qualidade de banho, amenidades de chuveiro, quarto con frigobar e micro-ondas. O hotel leva um 9 de 10, única observação fica a respeito da TV que infelizmente, não é Smart e também não estavam pegando os canais abertos. Me hospedei no Carnaval e queria ver os desfiles, pedi ajuda à recepção 3 noites seguidas e os funcionários diziam que era canal X, sem a preocupação de consertar. Se não fosse a prestatividade do funcionário Bruno na última noite, que se propôs a sintonizar o canal, eu não conseguiria ver nada além dos poucos canais de filme disponíveis.

Atendimento excelente da Barbara e da Ana Paula , educadas, simpáticas e dão as melhores dicas e condicionamento para sua hospedagem, as meninas no atendimento são diferenciadas , dão a melhor delas no atendimento, comida muito boa e mais uma vez diferenciadaaa

Buen atendimiento y comida perfecta, estuve con unos amigos y la pasamos súper bien, los recepcionistas son muy amables y atenciosos. El desayuno completo, almuerzo perfecto! Fideo con camarón lo recomiendo.
