前台接待熱情周到，酒店新裝修，乾濕分離，環境好，距離火車站附近，商業街，小吃街應有盡有，還有果蔬市場也很近，住一星期了，感覺特別好，特別方便，總體來説很滿意。

房子的地理位置不錯，龍龍店長髮現問題，第一時間為我解決。服務態度是非常好的，並且願意去溝通。房間是新裝修的，但是，總體感覺還算是不錯的。希望再接再厲，繼續保持。

房間新裝修的，乾淨衞生，設施齊全，洗漱台在房間裏，淋浴間跟衞生間有隔斷乾濕分離，這個價格的房間還有智能馬桶沒想到，前台龍龍服務態度好，樓下有免費停車場，經常出差住賓館，感覺這家性價比很高。

柏雲酒店是新開業的，所以説裝修比較新，距離高鐵東站、火車站都比較近。前台服務、微笑服務很讓人暖心。房間是智能馬桶，乾濕分離，龍龍經理服務不錯
