Walk to everything, largest room with huge balcony very friendly and clean

We asked specifically for a double bed with our reservation, and the reception arrogantly told us that we specified two twin beds (we didn’t, I had the reservation confirmation printed out) so they didn’t give us such room. Definitely terrible customer service. Not recommended.

Everything was excellent except sound isolation, this was really quite a big minus. Also nobody could recommend us what to do with the parking as we went by car. Everything else was great;) We would stay here again next time we are in Lviv.

Great experience with this hotel in the heart of Lviv. Very nice staff! The hotel was very clean! Very comfy bed and size of the room was great. Loved everything about it.

Really good hotel, clean, efficient staff and good Wi-fi. We had a superior room with a massive terrace on the 6th floor. Very good location! I cannot rate it high enough!! We really hope this hotel and staff can look forward to better days.

The hotel is very clean. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and and helpful in giving advice and booking taxis etc.
The hotel is attached to a Japanese restaurant where breakfast was served.
The breakfast was adequate but not as good as i would expect for a quality hotel. Although we ate at 9am and breakfast was till 11am many dishes were nor refilled. The level of service in the restaurant was poor.
The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions but not on a main road so quieter.
I would definitely stay again but not with breakfast included
