酒店還不錯，早餐也豐盛，服務很好，晚上附近有酒吧，很熱鬧

Terrible experience. The room lights goes on and off automatically while you're sleeping. Not to mention the noise from the clubs until 2:00 am. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. They really need to work harder in this property to maintain at least the standard. Check in and check out was okay but not what I expected.

worst hotel experience we have ever had ,don't ever think to book this hotel. If you want to sleep during earthquake come her cause all the walls shakes until 2 am with very loud noise coming from the night clubs . Its unbearable noises . Beside that the bed was dirty has yellow stains and lots of hair on it . We argued with them and asked for cancellations and their only solution was to switch room and pay extra money !!!!

I booked this hotel on *********** and received a confirmation. 24 hours before the check in the messages me saying that my reservation was cancelled for no valid reason. I guess the cheaper price should have suggested a cheaper service. I’ll have to place a urgent new reservation elsewhere and spent a lot more than I could have spent.

I recently had an utterly disastrous experience with Cielo Hotel, and it's safe to say that it's a stay I will never forget, despite the fact that I didn't even get to stay there. From the very beginning of my booking process, this establishment managed to leave me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. To start, I opted for the "no payment needed" option when booking my stay, a choice that should have simplified the process. However, on the day of my scheduled arrival, Cielo Hotel abruptly canceled my reservation because they claimed I needed to make a payment. Instead of using a secure and reputable payment platform, they sent me a payment link directly. This raised significant concerns for me as it goes against common industry standards and appeared rather shady. In fact, *********** informed me that the property should not handle payments directly, leaving me to deal with Cielo Hotel's questionable practices. Another issue I faced was with the hotel's contact information. The phone number provided in their description and on Google didn't work, making it impossible for me to reach them for inquiries or assistance. DON'T STAY HERE! Velero Hotel nearby is a great alternative!

There are security guards who do not interact well. They treated me brutally and did not respect my wife. They are just looking for someone to pay them money, and if you don't pay, they hate you. Now I do not recommend this hotel

What a terrible start to our stay! Check in clerk rude and unprofessional. We paid for a FULL extra day accommodation (while checking out at 19h00) in echange for checking in earlier on arrival. However, despite our travel agency's arrangements, we are left to sit in the lobby. No service. No assistance. TERRIBLE.

It was the worst experience as i had ever As im a hotelier and i know about 5stars hotel standard, it was not even 3 stars Check in was so bad , the guy who did check in, he didnt even bother himself to explain what they have at the hotel as the restaurant, pool ... I asked him and he answered me with wrong information of timing The room was not clean and on the furniture was full of hair Breakfast was very bad and poor quality I asked about late check out , tha lady from FO  reacted so bad , she just said only till 1pm is free , after that is chargable I didnt ask about money, i just asked about the time and i wanted to know if they can be more flexible or no These kind of atteatude is not for 5stars hotel , if they dont know how to behave with the guest, pls train them  . If the guest is paying to you, should not leave sad By the way being a hotelier means make sure the guest will leave happy and will be back to you again I will never be back again and i will not suggust to anyone to come there . Excellent ambiance and Iftar buffet is really good. I had Iftar at al Masa restaurant , and the buffet had nice variety and great presentation. Compared to other restaurants offering Iftar, this restaurant has a good value for money. You can also use vouchers like entertainer or urban points. The service was great and staff were very helpful and nice. Highly recommended.
