可能因為樓層高，外圍空曠，風大會有嘯叫聲，一定要關緊窗户，歡迎點心希望多安排鹹味的！早餐非常好吃！

設施和衞生很完美，一切都很新很智能。最喜歡的是房間的香薰機，每天可以選擇自己中意的氣味。可能是淡季，酒店住客也不多，入住的這幾天吃早餐基本沒有其他人，餐廳服務很好，早餐的香蕉蛋糕非常令人印象深刻。美中不足客房服務有所欠缺，處理突發問題的反應能力欠佳，可能是新酒店的原因？

I would like to thank Emmanuel and Shirlene for the nice service and kindness they gave us on Friday during my friends birthday.I would revisit there again and recommend my friends to visit too,it was such a lovely place and I loved the ambience and the food 😊

The ambiance is so beautiful and the staff are so kind , welcoming , caring and supportive. We enjoyed the trea**ent. I’m so grateful for staff Emmanuel and Sharlene they made our day ..The food and drinks are 10/10 I will recommend this place over and over again

I’ve travelled a lot and tried almost all types of hotels, but as this hotels sevice perfectionism in all details… I haven’t seen ever!
Because of this hotel “as the TOP of the reasons” I’ll make DOHA my always pleasure destination👍👍

Great service from Eric who help me get taxi. He is so friendly and helpful as I was struggling with the Karwa app. Very nice man to talk to. Well trained. Raffles Hotel service impressive! Will come again in future for leisure and business definitely.
