Very helpful staffs. They have small flyers of interesting places in Louyang & how to get there.
Can use free washing machine at lobby.

Hotel is very well run, managed and maintained.
The reception front desk : Ms Gao, Ms. Guo and Bei Bei were extremely helpful and nice . They helped us with tour recommendation and even gave us a hotel room upgrade.
We had a great stay.

The room was very big, tidy and very clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is located quite far from the main attractions but there’s a bus stop in front of it. Recommended!

陪年邁父母旅遊，途徑洛陽。房間整體入住體驗很好，我們的商務車比較高，前台給保安溝通讓我們停在酒店門口的廣場，兩間房給我們安排在一個樓層，和長者的房間對門，也很方便，早餐不錯現熬的大骨湯米線和餛飩，水果也很新鮮，確實挺不錯的。服務人員曉靜服務很周到！

前台純凈服務很周到，提前給我們發了停車場位置，還幫忙打咖啡，房間也做了免費升級，面積挺大的，入住體驗還不錯[偷笑]！
早餐牛肉湯很好吃，大廚幫我做了“減餅版”，哈哈，我吃不完怕浪費。
以及，保潔阿姨也很熱情周到。
本來我是一個不太喜歡新式酒店的人，復美很超出預期！服務超讚！以後還來。

住的很不錯，一直都選擇這家，早上起來不想下樓去用早餐，前台周美女給送餐到房間，真的很貼心，樓下出租車很便利，有地下的停車場，房間面積很大，礦泉水充足，床睡起來蠻舒服的，電視新聞頻道很全，客房打掃衞生細緻，房間內設施設備齊全，出差旅行首選，很值得，
