Everybody please don’t come to this looks like ghost place.The room we booked was completely different from what was shown online ,when we complained what they said.They ask us pay more 200 Eurpe then can go more better room. We can't cancel or change to another room. If we need to change, we have to pay more 💶. We didn’t live this ghost hotel, I will not recommend any of my friends to come here, and will tell them how bad the attitude of the hotel staff here is, not to give customers satisfactory service experience, such a business will not be good in future.

酒店在山上，無法看湖，衹有乘坐出租車能到，走路爬山要累**。去了才知道3歲小孩還要另外收80瑞士法郎才能入住，還説他們規定衹能一個人住這個酒店，加人就要加價，他們要求必須付，不然不讓入住，跟攜程溝通也沒有結果。當時已經無法換酒店，衹能付款80瑞士法郎入住，多付大約640元人民幣。當時規定也沒有説小孩要付費。太坑了。這個酒店設施也很陳舊，到處臟兮兮的，千萬不要去住這個酒店。最後這個多付的80瑞士法郎，也沒有辦法退給我。唉，太坑了！

Die Unterkunft ist in allen Bereichen top. Das einzige was uns am Anfang ein wenig irritiert hat, ist die unbediente Reception. Das Online einchecken, hat aber super geklappt. Wir konnten schon um 1400 statt erst um 1500 Uhr ins Zimmer. Da wir getrennte Betten wollten, und es diese nur in der höheren Kategorie gab, wurden wir einfach "upgegradet", einfach top. Auch das Zusatzbett für unsere 5 jährige Tochter war mega bequem. Es war alles äusserst sauber und die tägliche Reinigung war super. Wir sind und waren einfach begeistert. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Empfang.

Ottimo hotel posto nella zona collinare di Lugano.
Non molto comodo per chi viaggia senza auto ma con un collegamento via Bus durante la giornata e servizio navetta gratuito messo a disposizione dall’ hotel in orari specifici.
Bel giardino con piscina e accesso anche alla piscina della Villa adiacente.
Camere molto ampie e comode.
Colazione internazionale abbastanza varia.

camera molto bella e spaziosa, luogo tranquillissimo e splendido, immerso nel verde ! ottima privacy....
la colazione, abbondante, è fornita presso il 5* attiguo Villa Principe Leopoldo, in una cornice incantevole, con un panorama mozzafiato sul lago !
se fosse inclusa nel prezzo, sarebbe veramente il paradiso 😀invece, va pagata a parte.....del resto, in questo mondo non si può avere tutto 😉😉
un hotel da tenere in considerazione, merita !
