The hotel is situated in a very nice zone, with a water near. Parking is available if you ask, but reception works till 18:00, or you receive a code for a box to self-checkin

Very tidy and comfortable room and tasty breakfast. The hotel is ideally located near bus services that connect directly to the train station.

Lugano, the perfect mix of modern Switzerland and old-school Italian flair, is quirky, beautiful and delicious. So is Hotel Atlantico. Aged like a fine wine, current in its’ ability to anticipate modern travelers needs, THIS is the place to stay if you want to live like a local. All the local attractions are easy to walk to and the multilingual Elizabeth excels in role as Manager, concierge and while you’re there it feels like you’re old friends. The place is unique, quaint and well maintained. The breakfast ROCKs and so do the staff and atmosphere. Danke, Grazie, Merci, Thank You.

Convenient hotel, with very friend personnel, but there was a very strong smell of chemicals in my room, perhaps fresh paint, which spoiled my stay.

Das Hotel Atlantico in Lugano hat relativ einfach eingerichtete Zimmer mit recht kleinen Bädern, alles ist aber extrem sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es fallen vor Allem die selbst hergestellten Marmeladen ins Auge. Absolut top ist der ungewöhnlich aufmerksame, zuvorkommende und professionelle Service ! Die ehemalige Chefin Elisabetta las uns (3 Brüder mit Ehefrauen) jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und rettete auch kurzfristig einen ausgefallenen Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen. Das ist wirklich gute alte Schule !
