Regret the decision of spending precious time in this useless place. The quality of food was pathetic,. It’s a black mark in the name of hotel industry (known for hospitality).In nut shell Its quality of food , its service doesn’t match its price.. Worthless place! sheer waste of money n precious time. I must say one should think 100 times before visiting this place

Food was double priced compared to other rooftop restaurants in the city. Poorly ***aged. Stale food. Service was very poor. They charged us for splitting the soup into 2 portions. We even called ***ager and hotel owner for the concern but they didn't showed up. Folks who want to have a quality time with their loved ones don't go there. Don't ruin up your quality time by visiting this restaurant.

We were group of 8 persons at sky lounge. service was pathetic even though only our group was present in the lounge and rest of the tables were empty. Owner and ***agers present at site treated us in unprofessional ***ner. Prices were very high and service was was very low. Quality of food was like road side food vendors.

We had booked a get together on 15 December 2021 at their Madira restaurant in Hotel silver stone. They charged us unnecessary extra. Whenever we call the person Mr. Munish which take our booking , he didn't come for any adjus**ent. Even he showing attitude with his friends. We have explored all over world in ***y hotels in India and abroad, but first time I have to pay extra Rs 500 for soup 1/2. Means soup charges Rs. 1000 for 5 units and Rs. 500 extra for distribution in 10 persons. We expected the bill for dinning 10 pax Rs. 10000 with out hard drinks. But they charged Rs. 18000 even higher than the best sky restaurant in ludhiana that is Hotel Maharaja Regency sky. I will never suggest anyone for any function or get together at Hotel Silver stone, ludhiana. Not worth of money as per their quality and service. Check out billing attachment.
