One of the worst experiences we had staying at this hotel. They will not honor what they commit in their website for Deluxe room. Spoke with Mr. Shukla front desk ***ager and his staff Anam, Suvam, Shalini, etc and all they did was put circular argument for the customer to validate what they had on their website. Their argument was that all privileges for a room go away if one does not book from the hotel directly. None of this mentioned in their website. They could not show this policy and won't give in writing. They wanted the customer to prove it, defies any common sense. There is a moral issue with the ***agement team, it seems they don't want to be there and are unwilling to address any customer issue. The rooms are in terrible shape. Nonfunctioning air conditioner, water leaks and mold in bathroom, refrigerator not working, dirty and stained carpets. We had three rooms and one room we had to change 3 times. Not allowed to reach Mr Gulati, the owner. I am member of Radisson and have stayed in Radisson properties for a long time, but this may be my last one. Not consistent with Radisson brand, Radisson should pull out from this franchise, otherwise it will tarnish Radisson brand. We had booked for 3 nights but moved out after the first night. Not only bad property and services, including breakfast, but also puzzled by the attitude and low morale of the ***agement team and staff. They are not trained or encouraged to serve customers.
