Receptionist was fine when we checked in. Next day was the same lady and she was kinda rude. We were trying to check out and the crazy keycard thing would let us in to get our things. So we told the receptionist and she was trying to get someone to let us in but after a few times, my husband finally had to tell her that she needs to let us in. All we wanted to do was get our things and leave.
Breakfast is what they told us it would be.

Man I am from chicago and work in the unfortunate areas of the city and I walked in to this place got on my phone and booked a different place. Yikes

This property dates back to the 50s, and has not been updated since. The smoke detector was laying in front of the television set and even so it had no battery. The hallways and banisters were filthy and they did not offer any daily room maintenance.

This place was terrible. We were suppose to have king, non smoking room. Not only did stink of smoke had 2 double beds, about 30 flies and looked filthy. Place was totally booked with people who looked like they have been living there for a while.

The drapes were old and worn. They did not fit the window. The airconditioner was falling apart. The furniture was torn and dusty. The room and the linens all reeeked of cigarettes.
My son woke in the morning with what we believe are bed bug bites on his arms.

We stayed here because of a booking issue at another hotel. The only room available was a smoking room and we are not smokers. The roomed reeked of smoke and the walls were yellow from smoke. The bathroom door was broken at the bottom and the floor was never finished in that area. The furnishings are old. The check in person did not check any ID It appears that people live at this location as there was a grill outside our window and peoples belongings in front of various doors .It was very loud due to the highway being right outside the window. We stayed her out of necessity but overall it was awful and I would never stay again.

Staff was nice and professional; however, this was the worst property I’ve ever stayed at in the 31 years I’ve been traveling. Ceiling tiles falling down, showerhead missing, non-smoking room reeks like smoke, curtains don’t close all the way, exterior siding missing and I could go on and on. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

1) There was coffee and powered donuts for the continental breakfast.
2) spiders everywhere. Killed seven in our room.
3) outside of hotel is in need of lots of repair.
4) They rent the rooms out for $1200 a month. There were people basically living there.
All that being said, I was staying there for the Little League World Series and stayed for 6 nights. The room was clean (after the spiders were killed) the bed was comfortable, the AC was great, the shower was great. There was a coffeemaker, microwave and a refrigerator. I had booked it months in advance and had a good price compared to what the price was being paid now. It worked for me.

Terrible!!! Couldn't even stay the night. Checked in around 4, couldn't handle the spiders and noise so I checked out later that night
