We had made a reservation for one night in June 2021. When we got to the hotel we saw that everything was closed, so we called the hotel for explanations. After talking for several minutes, they put us up in another hotel that is next door but of a worse category.
In the call itself they tell us that they have been closed for several weeks but they could not call me because they did not have my phone number, when minutes later they end up calling me on the reservation phone, which was not the one from which I called.
In short, some cheeky and scoundrels who with the excuse of COVID think that anything goes.

Hotel con buena situación en Lourdes para moverse a pie con buena atención y servicios en general pero muy deficiente a la hora de atender el comedor para el almuerzos y cenas absolutamente lentísimo por la falta de personal.

Hotel de 4 estrelas ,que passou a zero TUDO MAU Pessoal, antipático,cozinheiro não há,comida racionada,sem qualidade e reles,quartos vergonhosos,colchas que são uma vergonha,,casa das banhos sem higienização,toalhas não são mudadas todos os dias TERRÍVEL, VERGONHA SE NÃO CONSEGUIREM SE ATUALIZAR É MELHOR FECHAR A PORTA😡

Hotel dal servizio molto scadente. Colazione pessima: caffè e succo imbevibili, latte che sembrava acqua, poca varietà... penso la peggiore colazione. Esterno hotel rinnovato mentre le camere anni sessanta. Purtroppo avevo pensione completa cibo di livello infimo, carne lessa spacciata come spezzatino, mai visto frutta, minestra trasparente: menù da casa di riposo. Per due notti hanno chiesto uno sproposito. Per la consegna delle chiavi una sola persona per tre corriere di Pellegrini. Non so se il grande guadagno va alla solita organizzazione che ha il monopolio per il nord Italia oppure a loro.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel due giorni, durante un pellegrinaggio a Lourdes, con un gruppo numeroso. Ottima posizione, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal santuario. Personale accogliente, cortese e disponibile. Mi è stata assegnata una camera modesta, con bagno piccolo dotato di vasca; impossibile fare la doccia perchè mancante della tenda in plastica. Pavimento ricoperto, come le scale, di una moquette scura, forse poco igienica. Colazione con piccolo buffet, vassoi già preparati con brioche; a disposizione pane e marmellata. Pranzo e cena uguale per tutto il gruppo, di buona qualità. Vista la finalità del soggiorno mi sono trovato bene.

Para empezar la llegada al hotel fue horrible. Empezaron dándonos una habitación pasadas varias horas de la hora de entrada, sin limpiar, con basura y camas sin hacer. Respecto a la comida y a su servicio fue muy malo. El desayuno muy pobre y sin querer servirnos ya que según las palabras de la camarera "los españoles comemos mucho". Seguido de un trato pésimo a la hora de servirnos, haciéndose los locos y diciendo que no nos entienden para no traernos más pan ni más bebida. No recomendable y no volveré. Visito Lourdes todos los años, pero tengo claro que a este hotel no voy a volver.
