The Staff at this hotel were exceptional , especially Catherine. The food was quite good. As a disabled visitor however, I could not say that access to both the hotel and the bathrooms were good. I was lucky to have people who assisted me in this. On the whole, both the owners and the manager were very helpful to me. I would return to this hotel but only if I had someone with me to access the hotel and the bathroom and showers.

Stayed in the Jeanne D’Ark from 21st July till 28th July. This was the first time we had been back to Lourdes for 5 years because of medical reasons and Covid. The couple we went with knew the owners from previous visits and we were met with a warm welcome and a genuine smile. The whole team , from mangers, waiting staff and cleaners were excellent. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, with walk in showers if requested. The hotel in general was clean and tidy in all areas and two lifts gave access to all 4 floors. The food was fantastic, from the buffet breakfast to Lunch and Dinner we can certainly say we weren’t left hungry. We would certainly recommend a stay in the Jeanne D’Ark if you are visiting Lourdes. There are so many Hotels in Lourdes and it can certainly be hit and miss to get a good or bad one but I if you book here you won’t be disappointed. Thanks to all the staff from Vic and Sarah

Stayed at the Jeanne d'Arc Hotel during Easter week with HCPT. The staff were kind and caring and so accommodating of our every need. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The food was of a good standard and the staff were only too happy to alter meal times to suit us when needed and even made special meals for a few of our beneficiaries who were fussy eaters. We can't thank you enough.

I've been to the this hotel 3 times over the last 30yrs , the first year the room was lovely , 10 yrs later the room was very very basic,4 yrs ago room was just ok. Some unfortunate people in our group got awful rooms. Some things remained the same in that 30 yrs- the craic in the bar at night always remained great.Philippe remained a legend of a man and the food remained tragic on all trips. . Some nights we had no idea what we were being served and neither did the servers ,we were on a pilgrimage package but other guests who were not were served premium looking food which I could never understand as we had lots of very sick and dying people with us who needed decent food.

Hotel in posizione abbastanza vicina ai luoghi santi. Ma le 4 stelle…. sono decisamente tantissime per quanto visto. La camera assegnatami abbastanza piccola con porte e finestre datate e fatiscenti, armadi scrostati e quasi da rottamare; fuliggini presenti nelle lampade, nella finestra sia internamente che esternamente……; bagno con vasca!!!!! ; nessun frigo bar, neanche un bollitore per una tazza di tè. Per tre giorni segnale TV assente; la polvere ci ha fatto compagnia per tutto il soggiorno!!!!! Unica nota positiva, Il personale della reception che comunque si è dimostrato disponibile. Lo sconsiglio assolutamente…..

Fatal, un día no hicieron la habitación y tuvimos que hacer nosotros la cama a las 8 de la noche,la comida peor imposible, nunca volvería a este hotel, debería tener 2*, hotel muy descuidado y sin mantenimiento

Ho trascorso in questo hotel 2 notti, durante un pellegrinaggio di gruppo. Check- in molto rapido, camera di modeste dimensioni con arredamento molto semplice, pulita, bagno piuttosto piccolo, privo di bidet. Colazione a buffet, pranzo e cena serviti al tavolo con menù fisso di media qualità; possibilità di sostituire qualche piatto ( ad esempio frutta anzichè dolce). Personale cortese e disponibile. Ottima la location, a 5 minuti dal Santuario. Nel complesso, data la finalità del soggiorno, esperienza positiva.

Appena tornati.vero che in quel luogo NON ci si va in vacanza , quindi ad esempio il mangiare dovrebbe essere secondario..tuttavia a tutto c e' un limite e per noi e' stato superato..le porzioni non erano sc**** in effetti ma la qualita' davvero lasciava a desiderare , non dovrei discutere sul prezzo di una bottiglia di vino da ipermercato pagata come 5 o 6 volte il suo valore..cosi' come l acqua in bottiglia , dato che quella in caraffa al tavolo odora di cloro molto piu' del dovuto ma..parliamone. Almeno la colazione e' leggermente meglio in complesso....comunque pulito , e devo dire con un servizio wi fi di prim' ordine. Personalmente se decidessimo di tornare o l agenzia mi permette di cambiare struttura alla prenotazione o rinuncio..siamo gia' stati nel medesimo hotel ma la volta scorsa era decisamente meglio e con extra dai costi meno assurdi.
