Lila front desk clerk was exceptional. Very nice lady with good attitude towards customers. She helped us from wheelchair to lift / map of Sanctuary Lourdes and taxis.

The hotel is clean, staff are friendly, very near to the Basilica. Highly recommended to family. The only thing i can suggest that a sink should be installed inside the toilet area.

Friendly service, lovely people. Though they had a parking garage they advised me to park in a free zone, since I would have had to pay to park in their garage. Very customer oriented, would definitely stop over again.
Also located in the heart of the town. Would have explored a bit more, but didn't have the time.

Hotel bello ma… L’hotel stella è molto grande. Ha un parcheggio a pagamento molto vicino all’hotel. La signora della reception parlava italiano e quindi è stato molto facile capirci. La stanza è carina ed ha il tipico bagno francese. Il problema è che la signora delle pulizie è piombata in camera senza bussare il che è molto fastidioso e non rispetta proprio la mia idea di privacy.
