每次來婁底都是住這裏，環境不錯，需要刷卡才能上樓，這樣比較安全，設施：設施比較齊全衞生：衞生比較好環境：整體設計風格中式，比較喜歡服務：前台服務不錯，熱情好客！一樓還有茶吧枱可以免費提供茶葉，和朋友聊聊事情很方便。

第二次入住了，從第一次的頗感不滿，到第二次的入住的較為滿意，酒店還是有挺多改變的，處理問題比較有時效性，經理的服務不錯，準備了歡迎水果，早餐還不錯，衞生也有所改善，洗衣服務需求也第一時間給與了迴應，希望酒店繼續保持，我會一直監督你們[呲牙]，加油[強]

今天，我因為身體不適而倍感疲憊，是她們及時察覺了我的不適，並主動詢問我的身體狀況。不僅為我送來了熱水和玉米排骨湯，還時刻關注着我的病情，讓我在病痛中感受到了家的温暖。她們的關心不僅體現在行動上，更體現在那份真誠的關懷和問候中。她們的話語像一股暖流，温暖了我的心靈，讓我在這個陌生的城市裡感受到了家的温馨。

衞生條件還是有待提高，毛巾上有頭髮，服務的話就很一般了，前台也沒有洗衣接送服務，但是有個管理人員又説可以，但是答應晚上送過來的，早上都沒有送過來，打電話催的，酒店早餐還行。

入住當天由於下非常大的雨，致電前台後，值班經理聶經理非常貼心的拿好雨傘出來迎接我們，幫我們搬運行李，辦理入住後送我們到房間。不久後貼心的準備了兩份薑茶，真的有被温暖到。真心為服務點贊！房間衞生也打掃的非常乾淨，值得推薦！

這家酒店服務水平高，前台小姐姐幫我免費升級了房間，位置離萬豪近，交通方便，停車也方便。設施齊備，無瑕。早餐品種豐富，體驗感很好。下次還會考慮入住哦！
