We had originally booked to stay at Castle Harbour but due to reasons unknown we were offered Club Tenerife as an alternative. The apar**ent was large, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. A bottle of water and wine was on the table for us which was a nice touch. The beds were 2 singles, we've had this before and usually just push the 2 together, however this was not an option due to the fact the room only had 2 plug sockets, 1 of which was between the 2 beds! If you've got a few electrical items this could be an issue. So separate beds then! To be fair they were comfy enough. It's a very quiet complex at night. We visited reception to check in, the receptionist noticed it had been my birthday the day before and instantly had a bottle of champagne and 2 glasses sent to our room, which was really much appreciated. One tip is to get a key for the various gates and back door to the complex, this will save you having to walk further up the hill to the main door. Within a short walk to several good bars and restaurants and a large supermarket, it's in a good location. Only a 10-15 minute walk to the market which is on Sunday and Tuesday. We certainly wouldn't hesitate visiting here again.
