Klayman Olivina Aparthotel

Lovely rooms, staff very friendly couldn’t do enough for us. On departure day locked luggage room use of pool and fresh towels given for a shower before we left. Good advice for trips, booked by reception if required. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here with my partner for a week. Our apartment was great the only one thing was the sofa needed replacing as we were almost sitting on the floor… but other than that it was great. If you are staying at one of the rooms with a balcony then you might find it a tad noisy with the noise from the bar across the road playing live music until late however that did not really bother us. There was a large fan provided which was enough for us. Maybe some tea bags and coffee sachets would had been great but not a big issue. The rooftop bar was fantastic with two happy hours a day and snacks served when we were there. Plenty of places to eat across the road. I cannot recommend Sal Fina enough to eat if you are by the beach, honestly the food was amazing but best to book. The pool was quite busy when we went but there are extra sunbeds past the pool down the stairs which were great. I cannot fault the staff everyone of them was amazing especially a lady who kept us entertained while we were waiting to leave, such a laugh! A local shop I believe called Dialplax was not even a 5 minute walk which was a reasonable price and the bakery was so good! A lovely chilled place for families or couples. We would love to stay here again in the future thank you so much!

This hotel is spotlessly clean. The gardens and shared spaces are neat and looked after. The staff are welcoming and very helpful. We stayed in a studio, small but clean and comfortable with everything you may need if you are SC. Beds could do with an upgrade, a little hard and they split apart easily. Shower powerful and warm. Marta looked after our room, a top job with towels and sheets changed daily. Thank you Marta. Very nice rooftop bar with panoramic views and attentive staff. Tasty snack menu and drinks with 15% off your 1st tab as a welcome. Excellent location, lots of bars and restaurants a short walk and about a 10 min walk to the beach. Great stay, highly recommend but only in the winter as there isn't any air con.

From walking in the door to going home 28 days we were made very welcome. Nothing too much trouble. The reception always bright and cheery from morning till late night. Our star man was Vicente he looked after our room with a smile and a morning greeting. We had clean towels every day and clean sheets every other. The hotel was spotless. Although we didn’t use the gym it looked well equipped. The rooftop pool was always pleasant and we were able to get a sun bed whatever time we went up. The bar was friendly lovely snacks and reasonable drink prices. We have already booked for next year.

Just back after a weeks break from this hotel, a great welcome at reception, easy to check in, free safe key a lovely little bonus, was given room 101 which was right at the front of the hotel, room was exactly what was shown, only problem was it was level with the path outside the hotel so not greatly private, asked if we could change, straight away was told it’s not a problem but needed to stay one night in that room to get another room cleaned and ready, next day got that room, lovely and clean, cleaning staff so happy and cheerful, roof top pool was a perfect hide away, enough sun beds there and if it was full there was the other roof top sunbed area to chill out to, small snack bar was an lovely location with amazing views towards the sea, not really too much noise from nearby bars, but still a great location to bars and restaurants, 10 minute stroll to the main beach bars and restaurants, totally loved a nice relaxing getaway, if you want a chilled hotel then this is the place for you

I can recommend the Klayman Olivina Aparthotel in Los Cristianos. From check in to check out all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked to move room and Jimena obliged as soon as a more suitable room became available for us. The Sol Bar is ideal to spend some time in the sunshine and taking in the views, lovely Pina Colada and good light snack/lunches available. The apartments are well appointed with everything you need, dish wash soap, dish cloths , towels and toiletries all there. Rooms serviced daily and kept beautifully clean by the lovely staff. Lovely surprise arrived at our door — a bottle of bubbly for my husband on his birthday. Much appreciated by him and myself. Thank you to all the staff from reception, room service, bar — all wonderful!
