Charged me $20 for a washcloth that I wiped my hands on after eating chicken wings and a bath towel with a spot of makeup. Claimed they were ruined. Both could be easily washed and cleaned. Total nonsense.

I was not informed about the extra deposit placed on my card when i checked in, the parking was extremely small but thankfully it wasn't completely full and i was able to park

It was very clean very tidy the they room was also Brendan the front desk girl was amazing friendly very helpful, the staff was very friendly

Room was nicely updated & clean. Bed was comfortable & there was no road noise.
The only thing lacking was there was no table in the room. Staff was friendly & accommodating.

Didn't like the bed it was uncomfortable and way too low to the ground. A few outlets did not work and they Didn't have a microwave in the room.

I did not like how small the room was vs the picture I saw online. Sort of deceiving. But the other issue was the shower. I don't think it was built / remodeled correctly and water escapes to the outside very easily. There is a half glass and a curtain. Did not make sense. At least coming from a contractor himself who also stayed with me.

There are only 16 spots to park and that’s double parked. Parking is in a tiny alley behind and you can’t see that from street. Had to call to figure out how to get to hotel parking. Door room didn’t lock. Staff didn’t know how to handle fire alarms going off. Someone burned something in the elevator trash can on 4th floor. Room very tiny. Would not stay here again.

Parking is very difficult. We missed the driveway three times because it wasn’t clear that it was an alley parking. In addition to the alley parking, it was tandem parking and very difficult to get out of.
