Un peu difficile à trouvé mais accueil agréable avec un petit buffet à disposition avec rafraîchissement, au départ ils nous ont attribué une chambre 104 au rez de chaussée bruyante la nuit on entend les gens qui passent en brayant et surtout qui se servent au distributeur de glaçons à côté en plus du bruit des moteurs de cet appareil et distributeurs de boissons. Bref le matin il a suffit que j’en parle ils m’ont changés de chambre rapidement. La piscine et jacuzzi bien ensoleillées et agréables. Personnel souriant et disponible .

The shower in the accessible room needs repair (floor to wall looked lousy and accummulates dirt which was very visible. Anyway, we requested for a room change which was given the following day.

Great breakfast, very clean, convenient to go directly to Universal Studios. We stayed from Fri 1/19 to
Mon 1/22 and we enjoyed the free parking and hot tub and pool

The staff was very helpful. Our room was next to vending, so that was a little bit of a pain. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Comfort Inn came to the rescue after a botched AirBNB stay. We arrived at our AirBNB on my birthday to find an eviction notice!! Apparently the AirBNB host hadn't paid her rent, but that didn't stop her from attempting to rent the place out to unsuspecting travelers. Luckily, Comfort Inn was able to accommodate our family of five without any prior notice. The room was ready for us immediately, and we awoke to a hot breakfast. Highly recommend!

The facility was transparent that the parking was not guarranteed, but we were pointing out to the staff that there was one car who took 2 spots and we were asking him to help us to locate the owner of the car but he refused to. He wasn’t friendly or helpful at all.

It's a ok Hotel to stay not a great like its boasted reviews. The break fast area is small and they had only 1 waffle maker and 1 bread toaster for more than 15 people.
People has to wait long for the breakfast. I and my family has to stay more than 30 mins in the breakfast area.
Rooms are ok and not great but the service was good.
Definitely, its not worth the money that I paid.
Parking was easy and shopping mall close by.
