第一： 服務態度非常惡劣（退房時我要了確認清單，結果發現清單中的扣費不正確，我指出後讓她更改，結果她在我沒有認可的情況下在按金里扣除掉，之後跟她理論完全不理會一副聽不懂嘴臉）
第二，入住時進入樓層後整個樓層瀰漫迷樣氣味
第三，進入房間後衹有毛巾在，其他洗浴用品一律沒有，當然拖鞋浴袍也沒有

酒店位置離機場很近，沒車也很方便，周圍也很安靜。房間很大，有簡單的廚具和餐具。早餐很豐盛，總體體驗很好。

酒店大堂挺有藝術氣息的，讓人感覺非常舒服有看點。我們出行是親子活動，所以我們選擇酒店房間面積大舒適的。這次還帶有簡易的廚房，酒店提供有微波爐、電磁爐、洗碗機，還有三口鍋中和一些碗碟，簡單烹飪沒有問題。現在疫情期間，酒店服務狀態不理想，基本沒有比如更換床單、清潔服務等。酒店提供個人用品少的可憐，連牙刷都需要問服務枱多次催要才有。早餐也非常簡單，二種款二選一。

酒店位置難找，早餐很差，沒什麼東西吃，最離譜是不提供房間清潔服務，毛巾要打電話才拿給你，舊的不拿走，下次一定不會再住。
