Hotel muy limpio y acogedor. Personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras y cómodas, se nota que los baños han sido reformados para hacerlos más confortables. El área de desayuno muy amplio y con variedad de frutas, embutidos, antes y bollería. Por poner una pega un poco a desmano del centro o zonas de ocio o restaurantes para ir andando.

Wat wij jammer vonden, is dat er misleidende foto’s online staan over de sportschool. Deze leken heel groot alsof de zaal veel had, wat niet zo was.
Het t****e punt wat we jammer vonden dat sommige medewerkers geen engels spraken. Hierdoor werd het lastig om elkaar te begrijpen. Er ontstonden miscommunicaties die totaal onnodig waren. Wij vinden het fijn als wij ons verstaanbaar kunnen maken.
Wel vonden wij heel fijn hoe schoon de kamers werden schoongemaakt. Elke keer als wij terug kwamen werd er super goed schoongemaakt. Op die manier ervaarde je wel keer op keer een “nieuw” verblijf.
Tot slot roomservice was goed geregeld. Je kon hier ook van alles bestellen voor goede prijzen en prima eten. Vriendelijk werd dit altijd afgehandeld.

Three of us were vacationing in Portugal and stayed at the HF Ipanema Park for two nights. We originally only reserved for our first night in Porto but liked the hotel so decided to stay an extra night. Our tv did not work the first night but someone came and fixed it the second night. That was our only problem. The room was clean and large, and the beds were comfortable. They have a nice small pool (about 10m) and an attached hot tub indoors as well as a funky roof top area with a pool. We are swimmers but it was too cold to swim in the outdoor pool. We did swim a little in the indoor pool but much preferred the nearby Club Fluvial's natatorium (4 lane 50m and 15ish lane 25m pools) for training. That facility was about 1k away from the hotel and then maybe a 15 min walk to the beach from there. Unfortunately there was a coastal storm so the beach was closed the but waves were incredible. There were several grocery stores within walking distance to the hotel as well as a nice cafe a block away. We took a cab to get to downtown Porto, and it was about 7 euros each way. There was bus service nearby as well. The staff was super friendly. We didn't opt for the breakfast but the restaurant looked good It had a buffet style set up for dinner and there were a lot of folks there enjoying it. We would definitely stay here again if in Porto.
