The location is fantastic but the cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved. I found a hair in my bed and it just felt very outdated. I went to reception and they changed my room immediately, however to a bed that was smaller so was a downgrade which was disappointing If you’re just wanting somewhere to sleep in a central location, this place is good. I’m sure my experience was just unlucky, and I must say the staff were lovely

Libere Hotel London is in a fantastic location in the middle of Edgware Road, right next to Edgware Road Underground station and bus stops. It is within walking distance of Marble Arch and Oxford Street, which makes it very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. I booked a family room, which was excellent. It consisted of two spacious double rooms connected by an internal door, and each room had its own toilet. Both rooms were fully equipped with all necessary facilities, including an iron, hair dryer, safe, air conditioning, smart TV, and a coffee corner. The setup was perfect for a family and offered great comfort and privacy. Overall, it is very good value for money, especially for a family room. I also appreciated the safety and convenience of the hotel’s system. There is no physical reception, and check-in and check-out are done online, with building and room access codes sent by email, which worked smoothly. I did not try the food at the hotel as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes surrounding the area. One small drawback: there was a noticeable noise coming from the air-conditioning pipes during the night, which could be disturbing for light sleepers. I would encourage the Libere team to look into this. Despite this minor issue, I really liked the hotel and would happily stay again.

Enjoyable stay at the Astor Court Hotel. The location was excellent and the room clean neat and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly supplying extra pillows when we needed them. Overall I would say good value for money. The continental breakfast however was adequate but very basic so I would question if it was worth it. If you’re in a hurry then it may fit the bill otherwise I would go out to eat.

I booked this hotel very last minute and the price is still acceptable as even hostels or 2/3-star hotels in London (near Paddington) are insanely expensive, and Voco is under IHG. 10-12 minutes walking distance from Paddington to Voco, not very far and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The receptionists are nice, they welcomed me with Turkish Delights and in a very good manner. I'm happy to stay here.

De locatie is zeer gunstig, vlak naast de Bakerloo-lijn en met tal van bushaltes/routes in de buurt. De pub in oude stijl is erg charmant en comfortabel. Als gast kun je 's avonds in de pub blijven, met goede muziek en een rustige sfeer. Het eten en de koffie zijn geweldig, en een Engels ontbijt is een van mijn favoriete momenten in de ochtend/overdag. De bedden zijn comfortabel en de kamers en toiletten worden regelmatig schoongemaakt. Alle service hier is top. Ik waardeer de sympathie en zorg van de medewerkers enorm. Vooral Aisha is een echte harde werker en een meester in het creëren van een goede sfeer. Ze zorgt ervoor dat je tijdens je verblijf geen problemen ondervindt. Ik ben haar en de rest van het team dankbaar voor hun hulp. Het was een genoegen om jullie en deze plek te ontmoeten. Ik kom zeker terug als de gelegenheid zich voordoet.

The rooms are very small, the window opens to the ventilation shaft. The shower cabinet is like a grave, narrow. The cleanliness is very good. Katerina was very helpful. The location is very good. But the rooms are tiny like a cell. Also, the pillows and picas were not cotton, but nylon. It was very uncomfortable, not worthy of Radison.

Perfect location that close to tube station and shopping areas. Room with reasonable size. Average service at the reception but acceptable.

Het was echt een fantastisch verblijf. De locatie is fantastisch, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het busstation en gemakkelijk bereikbaar vanaf Regent Street. De inrichting van het hotel is uniek en gezellig. Ondanks de retrostijl zijn de faciliteiten uitstekend en is het hotel over het algemeen schoon. Het personeel was erg hartelijk en vriendelijk en legde alles uit wat ze moesten weten. Ons Engels was niet erg goed, maar ze waren absoluut niet ongeduldig. Ik kom hier zeker nog een keer terug als ik in Londen ben!

Very helpful and friendly staff are on duty 24hrs. The hotels have been renovated to a high standard, and meets the needs of a busy tourist or business guest. Location is good, 10 mins from stations. Can leave luggage after check out. Very good value formoney. Will certainly use this hotel group again and recommend it to anyone.
