Sophie was amazing, she was so kind and helpful. The location is great and the apartment was clean. The only downside is that the walls are thin, it is noisy and you can hear outside traffic (so not appropriate for light sleepers), all the lights did not work and lastly you can't really control the temperature in the room. Other than that it was a decent one night stay

The appartment was very espacious and good to hold my family confortably. I would recoomend this to any who wants to visit London since it is very near the Paddington Station. The reception personal is very helpful and they guided me the whole visit.

Terrible experience.
Extremely bad noise disturbance leading to next to no sleep and our trip being cut short and ruined due to exhaustion.
Paid for 3 quests and were catered for 2.
Informed the accommodation and have submitted a complaint to which I have just been ignored and fobbed off with.
Will never be returning and you shouldn’t waste your money.

All good apart from the fact air conditioning has been switched off so unavailable.
Room was hot and aside from opening windows (fairly noisy street) there is no way to cool the place.
Should not be advertised as air conditioned if the owners are going to decide to make it unavailable through winter.

Had a great stay. We were visiting just for one night, but thanks to the apartments taking your bags from 9am on arrival day and until 9pm on departure we had managed to get a full weekend in. Lots withing walking distance as well. We will be back.

Excellent Stay at London Paddington Apartments.
I received a message to see what time I was arriving, dropped my bags off and headed out. Apartment was 303 which was at the top with a spacious bedroom area and sitting area with kitchenette, dining table, tv and shower room.
It was spotless!
Spacious and friendly staff.
Much better than a hotel room.
Kitchenette was compact, I didn't use it but had a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and utensils.
Highly recommended.

Perfect spot to stay in London. Walkable to everything or close to train/tubes.
Stayed 3 in a room and was perfect for what we needed.
Would definitely stay again

It is a huge room for the 3 of us. Change of towels and simple housekeeping were promptly arranged when requested.
A point for your consideration is to install one or two mirrors in the room. There is only a mirror in the toilet. There are spaces to install 1 or 2 full length mirror, maybe near the door or outside the toilet.
