Facilities are neat and clean, reception is 24 hours open with good service and the location is near city centre

The location is really good with 8 mins walk from station. The hotel is very clean and the staff is nice. I will come back again next time.

The room was without a table or chair. Basically a bed and some hangers and a tv, no furniture at all.

倫敦的easyhotel是我入住過最離譜的酒店。入住當天前台人員涉嫌歧視，分配給我們最邊，空間最小的房間。房間的空調是壞的。經過交涉之後，前台人員拒絕調試，讓我們在冰冷的房間等到11點再找她。也拒絕換房，告訴我們整個酒店所有房間都是壞的。全程我們使用禮貌的英文溝通，這個穆斯林黑人女士卻説我們吼她了。我們通過trip.com的客服聯繫酒店，客服反饋説這個前台直接拒接電話。服務態度巨差！最後我們衹能在冬天沒有制熱的房間住一晚，第二天才進行了換房服務。不得不説trip的服務態度真的很好很負責！

酒店前台很友善，房間因為無障礙打折，房間很大，但空調似乎不怎麼起作用 很冷。外賣可以直接送到前台，價格還可以。

Got there at 12 am Friday as our train decided to stop at certain points for hours! So, when we finally made it to King’s Cross we managed to check in and get into our rooms and settle, the bed was very comfortable but that could be from the long journey haha. We knew we weren’t going to be at the hotel for long anyway as we will be out and about a lot so a lot didn’t matter as much. I did feel like the area wasn’t the best, looked a lot nicer on pictures. The service was average staff were nice enough! However, the air con wasn’t great didn’t work, the TV was also bad as it froze and wasn’t able to turn channels or anything. Just frozen picture, the lock on the door wouldn’t lock and the shower was TINY! Only good thing really was definitely the bed! However, I’d recommend getting a windowed room also as the room with a broken aircon isn’t the best situation! Lol.

Hôtel très propre, très bonne emplacement proche des arrêts de bus de desservent toutes la ville
Le nettoyage de la chambre changement des draps ect est payant c’est en supplément
En revanche vous pouvez demander de serviettes à l’accueil.
