Premier Inn London Leicester Square

Absolutely terrible! I had some international clients over who had to wait for 3 hours to get their rooms after a long journey as apparently there was a payment issue with the agency that booked it. They haven't even been offered a coffee or a glass of water! I was then promised that the invoice will be sent to me after the checkout and surprise, I haven't received it! It's been months since I am trying to obtain it by sending emails and calling, but surprise again, no one is responding. I need to probably go there myself in person to obtain it. Terrible service, definitely DON'T RECOMMEND!

Wanted somewhere near where i was visiting some tourist areas do very useful. Excellent in service and breakout let down by room being bit old and needing fixing Recommended if you need a please to stay but needs renovation

Great location right on Leicester Square. Very expensive for a Premier Inn, but I guess that because of the location. The room was tiny. So small it was a squeeze to go past the end of the bed. There is minimal room for hanging clothes and no drawers at all. Bed was fairly small too. They don't clean/service the room unless you specifically request this at reception. No phone in the room and reception desk is on the 2nd floor, so its a bit of a pain to go find someone to ask for a service which just gets done at every other hotel without me having to think about it. Generally not what you expect from a Premier Inn anywhere else in the country. Considering the high price, I'm sure there are better places reasonably nearby within this price bracket.

Simple hotel, with everything you need, in a wonderful place. You can reach everything you want on foot:,Oxford street 11 min, National galllery 4 min, lots of theaters around, Big ben 15 min. Lots of places to eat, pubs, restaurants.

A decent, but not special Premier Inn. The hotel needs investment in the entrance. Expensive, but that’s London for you.

The location is great, but I can not advise staying here. The whole atmosphere of the place is dingy and soulless. The room was cold and the bed was extremely uncomfortable and lumpy. There was a bright security light outside which lit the room even with the curtains drawn. At breakfast when the manager asked me how I slept I politely told him that there had been some issues. At this point his manner completely changed. He became almost aggressive, all but accused me of lying, and insinuated that I was completely to blame for this by not getting up in my pyjamas in the middle of the night and complaining at the time (and presumably changing rooms, in the middle of the night!). After a poor night’s sleep I found his attitude very upsetting. Was I supposed to lie when he asked me and say I’d had the best sleep ever? Breakfast was great and the staff working the breakfast room were very kind and helpful. But overall I would advise avoiding this place.

Everything you would normally expect from Premier Inn- comfortable, clean, great shower etc but what sets this one apart is the fabulous location. We chose to stay here as we were going to a late night show in central London and as 2 females we didn't fancy having to navigate transport back to a hotel at 3am! This hotel was easy walking distance of our venue. We would definitely book here again if we decide to attend the London Eurovision Party again next year!

We stayed here on April 2nd for one night. It’s accessed via a door just off Leicester Square. You go in a lift up to reception. Staff were friendly and checked us in quickly. We took one of their standard rooms which are a little small but fine for an overnight. The only minor gripe was the shower which was low powered and took a while to get a steady hot flow. Breakfast was good, nice quality sausages and bacon, decent coffee. Checkout was midday which gave us time in the morning for a relaxing walk before grabbing our bags and heading home. Overall not bad if you want an easy overnight stay right in the heart of the west end.

Large room in heart of London at very competitive price, although I think it will get more expensive in the summer. Bed large and very comfortable. Staff were helpful and smiling which is great to see. Would definitely return. So close to underground and centre of city.
