I booked this as an emergency overnight stay when stranded in London due to a train cancellation. On arrival it was locked but I rang the contact number and was let in within 15 minutes. The building was very scruffy on the outside but the apartment was clean and tidy though rather tired and spartan. During the evening there was a knock on the door and I opened it to find a group of young men who said they had a booking and was getting no reply from phoning the owner. I was unable to help them. It was only after this that I looked at the earlier reviews of 2019/2020 to see that this had been a problem in the past, making me feel uneasy, but I had no other problems. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, and I had no problems, but due to other people's access problems, I would be reluctant to use it again.
