Was on the bucket list and did not disappoint... something different and location couldn't be better!
Fab stay and would definitely go back.

Very new with all the modern amenities. Very trendy place in a great central location. Staff were always so helpful with questions and requests. Their "Butler" service is a nice touch

This is by far the most in top of it hotel I’ve stayed in london. It’s prices range but from reception, to butler service carrying my bags up stairs, to Thirteen being exceptional staff and food Must Stay Again

The rooms all have funky names - I stayed in the ‘Devils Tattoo’! Fun decor without being too OTT.
I extremely comfortable bed. Great bathroom amenities - the body lotion smells divine.
A little tricky to find if you go off maps. Walk through the screen walkway off Denmark Street.
Staff were very friendly ✨

It was unusual, the decor was interesting, the bed was comfortable, but a kettle had to be brought to the room and the kettle had to be plugged in on the floor.
During check-in I was ignored at reception, the people behind me were seen to first.
I was not warned about the four flights of stars to the room
There was a constant hum in the room
The bathroom floor was not clean, you could see what looked like urine around the bottom of the toilet
The shower over spilled to the toilet and sink area causing us to use the towels that we were supposed to use to dry us to dry the floor
On the Friday the butler said he would send a text that evening in case I needed anything and the text was not received until an hour before checking out, he was friendly thou.

The hotel is not a 5 star hotel!
Room not ready
Arrived to check in close to 2pm, was hoping that the room was ready. Unfortunately it was not. Was told to came 3pm as it would for sure be ready, no it was not, the room was not ready until 5 pm.
Room in a building across the street
After I finally checked in I had to go across the street to get to the room. The room was in an old building, which tight stairs and on fourth floor with no elevator.
The room
Decent room, funky bed which I did not like but that’s of course my opinion nothing else.
The staff
Great staff. Lovely lady in the check in, who should though have done a little bit more for me because of the late availability. Great bellboy, Robbie I think is his name, super good personality. Great checkout, though I’m still waiting for me receipt (5 hours)
Overall
Nice hotel but never a 5*

The room we had was amazing, the biggest "mini bar" I've seen. Great sound system, really comfy bed. We went to the bar as well, which had a good atmosphere. You might need to book this in advance as it does get busy.
The only downsides are you still do get some of the noise from outside through the night as it is in the west end. If youre a light sleeper then this might not be the hotel for you. We never received the number of the butler.
My partner did say the lighting was a bit too dark to be able to get ready and the room was lacking a full length mirror.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Just a few pointers for improvement.
