非常非常差的廢柴酒店，說有停車位原來是假的。房間無燈。無熱水無暖氣。這是印度人改建的所謂酒店。大家千萬不要來

The mattress smelled of urine and was stained, Not very hygienic and not worth the money we paid to stay here, don't worry l, we won't be back.. The breakfast was an absolute joke We will never come back

Good location and the price was competitive. Staff are friendly, and the breakfast is nice. The room is clean and ok for a short stay. It was a bit hot in there, and the extractor fan was not working. However, all minor issues and we would stay again. It is a bit noisy in placed on ground floor, and I would have liked a quieter room.

Lovely small hotel. We had a triple room with en suite. We had a tv, fridge and kettle etc. it was clean and was more than acceptable. The shower room, toilet and wash basin was small but it all worked and seemed new and clean. I can’t fault it considering it is within easy reach of shops, restaurants, cafes and tube stations. I’d highly recommend this place for a short stay in London.

this hotel is GARBAGE!!! stay away from here, this hotel does not have a web page, they dont have an email you can communicate, dont have any type of social media. i made a reservation for this hotel in april 2022 to stay there in june of that same year, for major issues (2 people from my group got denied the visa to travel to london) i had to cancel the reservation, i cancelled on april 29, this hotel denied to give the money back knowing that i was not going to stay there. i have to pay $436.00 dollars for a hotel i did not stay at, this to me is crazy!

I must say the staff was pleasant at the front desk and "tried" to be accommodating with requests. That being said, it took 2 days to get a fan in a room on the top floor of the building we stayed in down the street. We called this the stairmaster suite (with 2 50lb suitcases this was no fun to get to and no assistance was given) We couldn't close the window as it was blistering hot when we got there. Being on the top floor we became intimately acquainted with the smells from the exhaust vent which exited into the air just below our window. Breakfast was not horrible either but . I don't think I could recommend this location in good conscience. If you would like to stay here regardless, more power to you.

Not much to say other than never again. Noisey not that clean and lack of sleep made us grouchy. Very basic but price reflects that. Breakfast adequate but nothing special. Worth paying extra for better nights sleep.

The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms modern & hot showers and the kitchen staff very efficient and friendly. However we are very disappointed & and angry about the 2 rooms we booked. Taking our 3 grandaughters to London and booked here because it showed on their website a triple room, with 3 separate beds, (not on now)!!! Having arrived at 8pm, after a school day & long train journey down, we found the triple room is a double & single. We did however overcome this, after tears from the girls BUT the rooms where on different floors!! What is more annoying is the fact I actually phoned the hotel, twice, to ensure the rooms where together and was assured they where!!. If you look on the *********** or even the Saba hotel website, you will find that most of the pictures on there do not match the actual hotel, we stayed at. However they do have a few hotels in the chain, so maybe the photos got mixed up!!! The lovely bright rooms and spacious dining area are not at this hotel. Our rooms were very small, crowded and old fashioned. The kitchen area was clean but small, certainly for the amount of guests the hotel has.Needless to say we wont be using this chain again.

Hôtel sympathique, correct si l’optique est d’y rester juste pour dormir. Il se situe à quelques mètres des arrêts de bus et à 5-10 min de marche de la station Hammersmith et Shepherd’s bush. L’Equipe est dans l’ensemble gentille, notamment les personnes qui s’occupent des petits déjeuners. Points négatifs : - l’hygiène (les draps ne sont pas changés tous les jours, ni les serviettes de bains) - le mobilier laisse à désirer (ampoule dysfonctionnelle, lavabo cassé et à moitié bouché , tuyauterie encrassée (manque de pression dans la douche),bas de porte très abîmée…). - petit déjeuner très basique peu de choix et un english breakfast très simple. Points positifs : - la localisation - le wifi - beaucoup de petits restaurants aux alentours de l’hôtel - le prix Nous visitions la ville tous les jours le retour à l’hôtel ne se faisait que pour dormir ce qui suffisait.
