호텔 서비스는 나름 괜찮았음.
위치는 영국이라기보단 아랍? 증동 느낌이 좀 더 많이 나는 느낌이였음.
시설, 청결도는 깨끗하고 편리함.
나쁘진 않았으나, 재방문 의사는 없음.

地理位置絕佳，交通及購物非常方便，步行5公鍾可至公園，6分鐘至地鐵站，6分鐘至超市，酒店旁邊竟然有一個書店。真是太棒了！

레지던스 아파트라서 주말 공휴일에는 서비스가 제한적입니다,그외애는 넓은 방, 주방등 가족이 머물기에는 너무 좋아요- 위치 또한 굿!!

I requested for an extension of my stay to the concierge who failed to update my request and i was asked to leave the property even after offering a cash payment for the extension

Checked in on a Friday. Supposedly has daily housekeeping but for Sat and Sun they only three out the trash. Called on Monday asking for housekeeping and was told it's scheduled for Tuesday. So we were expected to survive on one set of towels for three days. Had only small bottles of shampoo/body wash and these were never replenished. The combination washer dryer is completely useless as a dryer, clothes never dried. Dish washer tablet also only replenished once for a 6 night stay

I have stayed in multiple places in London over the years including the Savoy. This was the only property that asked me for my passport despite being a British Citizen. I don’t carry my passport when travelling in the UK so this was an issue but in the end they allowed me to show my various credit and debit cards as ID and my husbands driving licence.
The rooms are only cleaned twice a week and no change of towels is given even if you leave a sign to say please make up my room. I was travelling with a baby so having extra towels is useful when you need to bathe them daily.
Other than that everything was nice.

We booked 2 nights in a 2 Bedroom Super Deluxe apartment for 5 adults. The apartment was enormous, spotless and furnished beautifully. We had seven people for dinner one evening and could seat everyone easily. Staff were very helpful, especially as I had a senior moment when checking in! Location is great, very handy for the shops, and we recommend Hart & Lova bakery just around the corner. Transport is excellent, being a few minutes away from both underground and overground services. We had a great time and will certainly be back!

Really enjoyable stay as family of 3. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Very easy to travel around using the apartments as a base. All of staff were so helpful and friendly. Can highly recommend. And we will definitely return!

Sanctum Maida Vale is a limited service apartment hotel in Kilburn Park. It doesn't have restaurant, yet there are over a dozen within 2-3 blocks. Many are excellent, and many deliver. They don't put a mint on your pillow at night , yet there are many fluffy pillows and extra towels. Way more than my wife knew what to do with. There are many mass transit options within 3 blocks. (Underground, Overground and Busses) Access to most of London is quick and easy. You have a Starbucks, Tesco (Small Grocery/open late), Library within 1/2 a block. You have M&S Food, Boots/Pharmacy within about 2 blocks. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean in an excellent neighborhood. I have stayed here multiple times and my family always looks forward to returning here.
