Mooi hotel een beetje duur voor wat je krijgt.
Over het algemeen heeft het hotel een opknapbeurt nodig en erg belangrijk is dat het ontbijtpersoneel onbeleefd is, hoewel de receptionisten geweldig zijn.

Troy hotel was goed, maar zonder airconditioning was de kamer te warm, moeilijk om te slapen. Het ontbijt was elke ochtend hetzelfde, eenvoudig.

old hotel, some room have very hard and old beds. Simple breakfast, nice location close to the Tube station anf Hyde park.

Super locatie nabij metrostation Queensway. Traditionele pub in de buurt. Comfortabele kamers en ontbijt "ok" maar gewoontjes.

De hotelservice is prima, het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Wifi is op de een of andere manier niet stabiel. Ze kunnen beter het wifi-signaal versterken in plaats van mensen te vragen geen grote bestanden te downloaden. Ik denk dat het niet al te veel zal kosten.

Great location, close to the metro, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Rooms are small but that's okay. Beds big enough but the mattresses could be better. Did not bother us for two nights. It was too hot in the room so we slept with the window open and turned off the heating. Breakfast was simple but filling.

This hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooom had a small fridge (very noisy!), a TV and a hot strong shower. I was afraid that it being January, the room would be cold. But it was too hot. That coupled with the noisy fridge made the night uncomfortable. We needed to use the fridge, so it had to stay on. Apart from that, we were satisfied with our stay. Everything worked. The sheets and the bathroom were very clean. Wi-Fi signal was strong. The free breakfast was filling.

I really like this hotel. I was there for just one night, however, it is perfectly located and the room, though small, was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The proximity to tube stations and buses is ideal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will recommend it to others.

This hotel should close: heating (if it works) is right next to the headboard of the bed, shower is 70x70 cm, bathroom is 100x70 cm including sink, mattress is worn down to the metal, catastrophic! You can hear every little step from the resident above you, breakfast is terrible, only dry rolls, butter, packaged canned jam, thin coffee. Room very cold because unheated, simple glass pane as a window. Never again!
