Really good location just opposite a gate into Hyde Park. Short walk from Queensway tube station. Very nice, comfortable and clean room. Good breakfast. We were in London for one night to go to a show so was great for a short stay. Can definitely recommend.

Nothing to fault about our 1 night stay. The fluffiest towels I’ve ever had in any hotel. Bed pillows and bedding gave us a great nights sleep. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice & everything was perfectly cooked and fresh. The pancakes were as good as my granny made. Service was friendly and helpful

Absolutely beautiful hotel & perfect location! Wasn’t allocated right room & took some time to sort out.. Also was meant to have complimentary mini bar in each room but after advising reception, it was still only stocked once in one room over a 3 night stay.

loved the deep tub for hot relaxing bath. i arrived late at night in the rain after exhausting journey. staff was friendly, room was warm and snug and comfy. hot grilled cheddar cheese sandwich was so good i ate 3 of them in 2 days. plenty good food, awesome location. hotel is right across from world famous Hyde park and right on the hop on hop off tour bus line. good price, good time, i was so pleased and saved my money for shopping in London. no regrets at all.

我是在8月9號的早晨入住這家酒店的,在這裏住了四夜。我預訂的是標準的雙人間,我驚喜的發現,房間的大小比我以前住過的大多了,當然房間裏的裝修有些陳舊,不過還是蠻乾淨的,浴室很大,工作人員很愛幫助人,很隨和。酒店的地點很不錯,到帕丁頓車站和皇后大道地鐵站衹需步行幾分鐘,強烈建議啊!!!
