Really recomended ,helpful staff best location ,nicr bar and restaurant ,classy decoration near to Harrods and Harvey Nichols.
Room nice size ,perfect room servive.

酒店位置很好，位於哈羅德百貨旁邊，走到哈羅德百貨2-3分鐘。酒店周邊附近有很多風味的餐廳。從酒店出門向左走穿越一條馬路就是海德公園，公園非常大，有湖水有綠地。酒店衞生很好，設施設備也很好。

每次來都會住這裏，性價比一流，去Harrods買東西累了就走不到20米可以回去休息，很好，可以節省很多交通費，不熟悉倫敦的朋友來購物住這裡會覺得很方便，檔次在英國來説算高了，畢竟都是老建築。前台和禮賓部都很不錯，還沒機會試過早餐，但看環境是不錯的。非常喜歡這種傳統英式房間。

Location Costs, Purely. Apart from that, nothing worths the money at all. 由於地理位置的關係，這次第二次選擇了這家酒店。第一次用凱悦會員身份預訂…沒升級，感到失望，房間陳舊，設施落後，隔音欠佳；這一次攜程的價格相當有優勢，它是以相差頗大的價格優勢給到套房的選項，故此就再給這個酒店一次機會吧！然而，很失望！套房雖然是空間大了一點，而且還有兩個帶衞生間的浴室…很是驚訝，然而（我拍下了細節…都是不堪入目的）所謂的客廳的凳子上有污漬；其中一個廁所沖廁的時候竟然有強烈的溢水現象…我也是醉了；浴室裏的毛巾有兩條是有帶污漬的；大床是由兩張小床合併的，晚上睡覺的時候是明顯感覺到有坑的，這都是些什麼神操作啊？外國人們都認為這是理所應當的嗎？一個凱悦集團位列Category 6的、挨着全球知名百貨公司的酒店竟然如此荒唐…實在令人費解。最後，前台員工可能衹認自己的是屬於Warwick集團的一員，而並非知道自己其實跟凱悦是有合作協議的。凱悦的會員請注意了，你們有機會在那兒沒有 “身份被認同” 這個説法。備註一下：酒店可以有代客泊車服務…收費沒記錯好像是55英鎊每宿，但附近同時也有另外的收費停車場，45英鎊每24小時，普通步行120秒可至。

地理位置優越，交通便利，環境幽靜，服務態度好、質量高、收費不菲，不过，位處中心區設施略舊，如有更新會更加完美，早餐過於單一，保持歐式餐飲服務的一貫水平。
