Super locatie alleen hotel wat verouderd
Hangt een oude muffe geur maar de locatie bij gelijk het park en openbaar vervoer is helemaal top en kan niet beter

The room we stayed in 221 was covered in damp mould in the corner of bedroom and in the bathroom with broken ceiling and a fridge which smelt terrible.
Shower was poor, carpets were quite worn, in the plus side location and people were nice.
I have contacted the hotel and Trip.com waiting to hear back

This hotel is wonderfully situated with a bus stop on the doorstep , and a tube station less than a minutes walk away.
The staff are very pleasant , young lady on the reception desk was very polite and helpful.
The room was clean and tidy , if a bit worn and in need of a rehash . I did like the fact they had a small fridge in the room.. very handy for milk & juice. Fellow guests very pleasant , no drunkeness or noise during the night .
Myself and my daughter will stay in this hotel again, the price is OK for central London .

The hotel outlook is very classic that is the reason I booked it. However, the hotel is pretty old, there were electric short circuit for 3 time a night whenever we use hairdryer and kettle.

this was the worst hotel i ever stayed in london the hot water doesn't work the heater doesn't work so if you want to stay in the cold and take a cold shower just stay at the London Elisabeth hotel
