Lovely tidy rooms in a great location. Stayed a few nights as I was running London marathon this year. Great central location. Price not bad at all for London. The rooms are small but spotless and have everything you need, they have made excellent use of the small space available, the plugs underneath the kitchen units were a bit annoying as the leads to kettle and toaster were not long enough to reach properly, a potential hazard if your not very careful. The only thing I had staying in one of the downstairs rooms you could hear the underground rushing along below you, not too loud but definitely aware of it. I would have been happier with a window or door that opened to let some air in with it being such a small space, these were all sealed all the way round.

I had a reservation at this hotel, but due to an issue with my son, we couldn't stay there. Despite having a non-refundable reservation, I explained the situation to them and they refunded all of our money, even though the cancellation policy that we agreed to when making the reservation included a cancellation fee. This is a clean hotel with all the facilities, situated in a very beautiful area of London, near Hyde Park, with very friendly and helpful staff. Everything looks exactly like in the presentation pictures. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Amazing location. 3 minute walk from tube station and about 10mins in a taxi into central London. Area felt very safe with lots of shops nearby. There on a hen do and it worked so well for us. The only negative is that the beds aren’t the comfiest so if you’re going to be in the room a lot then maybe look elsewhere but they were okay for how much we used them.

Stayed in December 2022 for Winter wonderland and the location is perfect for this! About a 10/15 minute walk and your there! Close to tube stations to get around London which was ideal. Rooms are quite small for two people but we made it work. However they are very clean and refreshed everyday! Staff were all friendly and very helpful in letting us stow are bags as we arrived early in the morning on the day of arrival while we explored London. Would defiantly recommend this hotel for location and convenience!

Stayed here overnight for BST Summertime, was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was spot on, right off the Bayswater road opposite Kensington Gardens. The room was small and fairy basic, but the bed was comfy, there were clean towels and plenty of hot water. The gentleman on reception was polite and friendly and overall we are very happy with our stay. We will definitely use again to avoid the mad rush back to the station after a gig.

What a great location! Close to Hyde Park, with two Tube stations nearby and a prominent bus route as well. Great restaurants and cafes close by. The room itself was comfortable - a little small, but this is London. Shower and toilet facilities were very good, and it was wonderful having a kitchen facilities. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but that could just be that I prefer a less firm one. Was on ground floor, so not much of a view.

Comfortable room and close to transport links which makes it really easy to to get around the city. You don’t seem to be more than 30 minutes away from most destinations when taking the tube. Only a short distance to local shops and to Hyde park which is lovely for a walk. The staff were pleasant and cleaned our room when asked. The shower was great and had good kitchen amenities. I would suggest better ventilation for the room, as myself and partner did wake up each morning feeling quite stuffy and groggy. We would both recommend staying here.

We had to late check in as we arrived at 6.15pm and there’s no reception 6pm to 10am. It was very straightforward but was disconcerting that we were on the 4th floor and couldn’t see a fire escape. We had a lot of banging from the room above us and loud music from the room next door. With no night porter it was quite scary being in London with no assistance if something was to go wrong. The room was very very basic. More like a hostel. I would not want to stay here again, particularly with a child.

I stayed here for a week. I had read prior reviews so I understood that the reception wasn’t manned 24 hrs. The location is very close to the underground, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was fine. I was travelling alone so the room was ample for me. It’s London and the room sizes aren’t massive if you are on a budget. The thing that made me choose this hotel was the price, the location and the room facilities. Having a small kitchenette made things better for me as I could make some food if I wanted to. It was perfectly well kitted out and even had an nespresso machine. I found my room spotlessly clean, the bed was upper comfortable and the shower great. No daily cleaning due to Covid which was explained and if I needed anything I just needed to ask. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. As for the security concerns mentioned, I never experienced any issue. Personally, I have stayed in some dodgy areas, this is not one. There was no one hanging around the hotel, and as I smoker I was outside often at night and saw no issue. In fact, the street is quiet with just other hotels nearby. This isn’t a five star hotel, but a fantastic choice for a budget traveller. Use your own common sense and don’t have impossible expectations. I would not let anyone follow me into a hotel without a key, that’s just too risky. There have been a lot of negative reviews about this hotel and personally I think they are unmerited. I’d stay here again without question as the level of facilities and location are very good given the price.
