The Landmark London

We were disappointed with our stay… the pool is closed and we were not made aware of that ahead of time via email, which would have been nice as that’s one of the reasons we stayed. The air con was not effective in our room and they needed to bring fans the first night, which were old and noisy. Our shower was clogged and overflowed, so an engineer needed to come up to help. An alarm went out this morning, which I understand, but no explanation was provided from the front desk and it was quite a scary experience. The robes are very thin and worn, and the carpets are extremely dirty. Two of our outlets didn’t work. Rupert, working the taxi lane, was lovely but that is the only positive staff member I can speak about. I would not recommend this hotel, sadly, for the price.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The service was truly exceptional — the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their professionalism and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. The hotel itself had a very elegant and luxurious atmosphere, with beautiful surroundings and a relaxing ambiance that made the experience even more special. Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared to ensure guests enjoy a memorable stay. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent hospitality, and a refined experience. Funny, nice hotel hotel in terms of ambience history and architecture.

We had an amazing time at The Landmark. Everything was perfect! The location is unbeatable with the Marylebone station right outside the back of the hotel. They even have roofed pathway from the hotel exit to the station entrance!  The room was immaculate: spacious, luxurious, comfortable and was really well kept and cleaned as they offer turn down service in the evening too. The champagne bar and The mirror bar offered great cocktails and drinks. The atmosphere was out of this World. The interior of the lobby and bars were nothing short of a palace.  The staff were friendly, helpful and very kind. This was without doubt the best hotel we had ever stayed at. Will definitely stay here every time we are in London. Bravo!

I had an absolutely delightful 12-day stay at The Landmark and I want to sincerely thank every member of the team. From the very moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, I felt genuinely welcomed—almost like coming home. The location is perfect, right in Marylebone, where there’s so much to discover just by walking around. The hotel itself is stunning, with a wonderful atmosphere inside. My room was always fresh and spotless, with no odors at all. Housekeeping took great care with the details every single day, and I truly respect that kind of dedication. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I felt extremely comfortable here. I slept so well throughout my stay—the bed and pillows were simply perfect, giving me the best quality rest each night. Every staff member greeted me with a bright, warm smile, and no matter how tired I felt during the day, that warmth made me feel instantly at ease. I would especially like to thank one staff member, Haoqun, who shares my nationality. He patiently introduced me to the history of the hotel and its landmarks, and through his words I could feel his genuine passion for the hotel and his sense of responsibility toward guests. Whenever I had an issue during my stay, he handled it promptly and with care. This has truly been a wonderful experience—I felt looked after in every way. Such a thoughtful, caring hotel, with staff who really go above and beyond. I deeply appreciate every one of them. They’ve done an outstanding job!

We had the most amazing stay at The Landmark London celebrating my husband’s milestone birthday. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded all of our expectations. We had requested an upgrade for the special occasion, and the hotel very kindly granted this — the room was absolutely beautiful and made the celebration even more memorable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional; every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Travelling with our baby, we also really appreciated how family-friendly the hotel is. The atmosphere in the hotel is simply wonderful — elegant yet relaxed — and the stunning atrium creates such a special setting. It truly felt like a memorable occasion from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team for helping make my husband’s milestone birthday so special. We look forward to returning again soon.

Nice iconic hotel, location not that ideal to the city center. Higiene good. service not good, not helpfull, not much facilities

A superb hotel in every way. Comfortable, great breakfast, lovely staff. We will be back!
