We have booked 4 rooms for our film fratenity and had a worst experience ever we had before with your Hotel. We have been advised by many other friends and relatives about the negative reviews and worst experience to do with customer service, hotel house keeping issues and food for breakfast. So this is what happened with regards to our worst experience:- So our guests Shonali Bose, Rumana Molla, Shiladtya Bora and Saba Azaad were staying in your hotel and I very well remember that their payments were not suppose to be taken from them which was already mentioned very earlier to the higher management. They are our guests from a film fratenity who are VIPs and they are directors, producers, writer and an actress. We already had a word with Grayden about this well before in advance. He also had called someone named George who is the manager of hotel to let him know that already from the higer management there are orders that payment of the rooms for Film Festival guests not to be taken. But George had over ridden the decision of management and told Grayden that be it whatever decision management had taken, I want the guests to pay for the room now only and they were forcing my guests to give their card details. After this, the actual director of the film festival had come down with her card to make the payment of their 4 guests to do with their rooms, than again some staff in the night shift came and said don't worry, card payment is not needed to be done by the director of film festival who had booked the rooms for their film fraternity. After the director of film festival left the hotel at night, again she got a call when she was on her way to her house, Please come and do the card payment of your guests rooms. She was very angry as one staff named Garyden said don't do the payment as its not needed and once she has left, some evening staff rings back and says please can you do the payment now. I am not stupid. The actual decision was overridden by someone called George as Grayden rang someone in my presence and called George and spoke with him. I have heard the conversation as it was too loud on the phone. This is what GEORGE said - I don't care about what higher management says about not taking money from the guests 🙄. I want the payment to be done by the guests for their occupied room now only else someone from their team has to do it. Than only keys will be given. I am concerned with the money that's it. I don't care about anything else. These were his words and negative attitude for my guests.. This sort of attitude was not needed at all. We are not at all happy and trust me next time or in the future we are not considering your hotel for any of our events or film festivals and will surely share it with our friends and family members about the behaviour, service and miscommunication, over power and all sort of negativities about this hotel. Please kindly take strict action against George for making things very difficult for me a
