Location was phenomenal

We verbleven als gezin voor 7 nachten. We hadden contact opgenomen met de accommodatie over de aankomsttijd die 13:00-14:00 uur was. We kregen te horen dat het appartement beschikbaar zou zijn. Tot onze verbazing werd het appartement pas om 15.00 uur schoongemaakt en pas toen we contact opnamen met de eigenaren, maakten ze schoon en kwamen we om 16.00 uur binnen. Dat wil zeggen, we hebben 2 uur met onze tassen gewacht tot we gesetteld waren. Een dag voor vertrek ontvingen we een e-mail waarin stond dat het uitchecken om 10.00 uur was en dat er geen plek is om bagage op te slaan. Naar aanleiding van ons antwoord dat bagageopslag in de voordelen vermeld staat, hebben we geen reactie gekregen maar kregen we tegen betaling twee opslagplatforms aangeboden. We betaalden £ 34 om onze bagage tot de middag achter te laten. We waren teleurgesteld .... Je kunt ook elke stap van boven horen, wat erg vervelend is. Het appartement bevindt zich echter in een zeer goede buurt, centraal en gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en smaakvol

🎈BEWARE 🎈BEDBUGS 🎈BEDBUGS 🎈BEDBUGS. 🎈BED BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DON'T stay here if you want to stay healthy. Service from their central office is poor they do everything to avoid solving any problems. The pictures make the place look bigger than it is, in apar**ent 10, your suitcases can not stay in the room. The way it was initially set up, i couldn't even fit into the room, and I'm not a BIG person. The bed was moved around, so that made more room. I thought all was fine and never complained again. However, i had been reacting to something so serious itching and spots started appearing on me. NAAAAAAH! I thought I was allergic to something, and I had no idea it was bugs. I even wrote a previous review, giving them a 3 over 5 because I hadn't found the bugs by then. I am disgusted and feeling paranoid they have followed me out of that nasty place. Would i stay again? NEVER not even for free. Location is good for shopping, but with bedbugs, it is not worth the pain. The day before I was to leave, I found what had been biting me. How do I pay to get I jured and I read another review today, the person also apparently had same complaint. I have spots all over my arms, some on my feet and legs. The place looks clean because the cleaner works hard, but don't be deceived there are BED BUGS!!!!!!!! I have a video which I have sent to them so they fumigate that place before hurting someone else. They are refusing to refund me after leaving me with scares and having to buy things to treat myself for the itching. 🎈BE WARNED 🎈 I have reported them to the county and looking at othet options.

Amazing location - fantastic part of London. Really easy access to building and flat and everything was decent quality and well specced. Lovely roof terrace and comfy beds! 10/10

A very clean and comfortable apar**ent in a wonderful location at reasonable price. Satisfied with the experience. Highly recommended.

Great apar**ent, booked no 9 but was given 15 which had a roof terrace & 2 bedrolms so really pleased. Great location near Oxford St, plenty of places nearby to eat & drjnk. Everything in thr apr**ent was too quality, id definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Bed bugs. Video evidence and I plan to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I have big bites all over my body. I am disgusted I thought I was allergic to something but found out by fluke I was being bitten by bugs on the chair and possibly bed too. The dear cleaner cleans well so not her fault, the place looks clean but their furniture needs fumigation. This is a pending problem, I am waiting to see what they do before I proceed further. I have spent the last 9 days almost ripping my skin off scratching and wondering what I may have eaten or touched until I saw the insects. Yuck. I am so sorry for the people checking in today. I know they won’t close off the apar**ent because the have guests booked already. I should have checked out the first night when I got there and wasn’t immediately ok with the place. The pictures do it too much justice. The rooms are really small but all else is fine. Just fumigate. I await their resolution because I know I didn’t pay to have my skin injured down to my feet! Only my face and midriff got spared. Location is great if you want to be next to shopping, dining and smack in the middle of everything. Body is crawling and itching still. Gosh.

Close to city centre and close to several tube stations (Great Portland Street and Goodge Street are closest). Very well appointed apar**ent, excellent bath/shower, great kitchen. Rooms are a good size with a balcony as a bonus. Drawbacks are the noise, from outside and from other apar**ents (bring ear plugs for sleeping, and maybe a spare tea towel if you are staying more than a few days.) I would definitely stay here again.

They transferred us to another property in Fulham because there was an issue with this apar**ent . Arriving at the other apar**ent they forgot to put the key in the lock for our check in so we had to wait an extra 30min. We made sure we needed a lift because i was travelling with my parents. The other apar**ent had no lift and they never asked for assistance to help us transport our baggages. There was no wifi, i contacted the owner and he didn’t respond to it. But he responded fast when we allert him for the missing key. The area was more quiet which i think we would of preferred the soho one. The appar**ent they give us is bigger and nicer which was very nice of them. And clean too. Besides that everything else was perfect Thank you.
